I don't think Silence is OP or unfun or dumb; I just think it needs to be cost-appropriate. A neutral card that can make any cool minion a completely inert ball of stats should cost more than 2 mana.
I really hope we get a full week of knowing about the nerfs. Which would mean, either today, tomorrow, or alongside the stream/card dump on the 21st. That way I know exactly how much time I have left to play Combo Druid.
The main purpose of Hero Powers in the first place were so that you can spend your unspent mana on ~something~ even if you have a shit hand. These just sound like ideas for Tavern Brawl rules. They also sound extreme and largely unfun.
I consider Enter the Coliseum to be like a better, no-RNG Brawl. Also, Lightbomb is another AoE spell whose effect is determined largely by Attack instead of just Health.
Lightbomb? Where did you get Lightbomb from? :) Is it because I said 'a lot of'? That doesn't mean all, there are plenty of epic spells that aren't that unique, I agree. Like Twisting Nether, or Preparation or even Shield Slam (since that's just a removal based on armor). Nice cards, but not necessarily unique.
And I said EtC because of the 'highest Attack' aspect. If there is another card that has a feature like that, then I must have forgot it.
What I mean is, at their core, they are all removal/AoE spells. Sure, they don't deal an exact amount of damage to specific minions, but they all serve the purpose of clearing the board, and I just don't really consider "clearing the board" to be a terrifically unique effect. Personally, I think of "unique" as interacting with the game in a way unlike any other card.

The most obvious "forbidden" thing is taking any actions whatsoever on your opponent's turn. You cannot react to anything your opponent does until it's your turn.
Swap your hero power out for a new, more powerful one, that completely changes your playstyle. There are no other cards quite like it. Justicar Trueheart just upgrades your existing one; Sir Finley Mrrgglton changes it to another partially-random basic hero power. Charged Hammer has a few parallels, but its much slower, and the Lightning Jolt can't be upgraded to 3 damage.
Since Shadowform is an entire spec in WoW, I have been passively campaigning for cards that have synergy with Shadowform; specifically, minions with "If/While your Hero is in Shadowform..." battlecries and effects. For example...4 Mana 3/4, "Restore 3 Health. If your Hero is in Shadowform, Deal 3 damage instead."
This is the quintessential Polymorph / Hex target. Silence still leaves you with a 12/12, and BGH (assuming it doesn't get nerfed!) leaves your opponent with a hearty plate of dragons to clean up. I can't see myself NOT crafting this one.
Look, another tempo loss card, the only reason to play it over Auchenai Soulpriest is to squeeze it into a 10 mana combo in an OTK deck. Priests getting crappy class cards just like in every expansion.
LoE was very good to priest. Entomb and Excavated Evil have been insane in my fatigue deck.

TIL no one has actually read Brann Bronzebeard's card text.
"Twice." Not "an extra time." The effect doesn't stack. You could have 6 Branns and the battlecries will only trigger twice.

The iTunes Store says "Apple customers." This hero isn't available on other platforms?

Honorable mentions (sort of, but not completely unique):

Insane in ramp druid, but unlikely to see play in any other decks. And in Arena, Crazed Alchemist OP.
