The deck wants 1 drop minions to play on turn 1 and to help curve later in the game.  Secretkeeper to me feels about as good as zombie chow in this deck, without the drawback.  If you want to try an echoing ooze variation I think that might be interesting!  It feels more likely to be good than tidehunter to me.

Thanks so much!  It makes me emotional to see the deck still being played :).  Farewell to patron warrior; your video is a fitting swan song.

If you must play grommash I would remove a gnomish or shield block for him.

The deck won't really work without 2x challenger unfortunately :(

I also like coghammer, 2x blessing of kings, and loatheb nowadays.  But I still like 2x divine favor :).

Congrats on your rank 5.  Good tinkering and I hope you get some excellent golden cards!

Druid should be an OK matchup.  Do your best to play around swipe when making trades.  Repentance and kings are both good in the matchup.

I also like now to run only 1x spirit and 1x repentance, because the paladin 4 drops are so good.  Have you tried kings instead of truesilver?  I like it more.

    To answer each corresponding bullet:

    • Taskmaster is good but not nearly as good as inner rage.  The 0 mana cost is a huge deal.  It's really important for those matchups where you want to get patrons out ASAP (on turns 5 or 6, e.g. turn 5 patron+inner rage+2nd death's bite swing).  You can go warsong+patron+inner rage on turn 8 to clear a belcher and get a flood of patrons started.  It also means that with emperor you can make warsong+patron+inner rage+frothing+whirlwind combos that would be much harder to pull off with taskmaster.
    • 1 fiery war axe is standard because the deck doesn't usually want to draw it in late game.  However, with recent TGT changes including the aspirant in druid 2x war axe variations are starting to come back into style.  It wouldn't be a wrong choice to run either 1x or 2x of the card right now, depending on your personal preference.
    • The 2nd gnomish is the most easily cut card from the deck: the majority of players replace it with a shield slam or a 2nd axe in the new TGT meta.  Some also use taskmaster.
    • Commanding shout is too situational and very poor against early aggro.  It cycles so it is not bad in control MUs, but there are better cycle cards like shield block that also help against aggro.  The actual effect is rarely useful, because even if you use it to get a full clear it will most likely be against a control deck running AOE.  You want to use your combo pieces to one-turn-kill such control decks rather than clearing their boards.
