Power Word: Shield would have obvious synergies with both Chromaggus and Dragonkin Sorcerer, with Circle of Healing further boosting Chromaggus and Naaru further boosting Sorcerer.
How do you feel about including a single copy of Gang Up?
With Gang Up, you could simply copy whatever particular card you needed to improve your match up.
Copy Healbot, SI7, or Skulker for a better chance against aggro.
Copy Blackwing Corruptor against midrange.
Copy BGH against Handlock and Control Warrior.
Copy Dr Boom or any of your other expensive dragons to outlast control opponents in general.
While Chromaggus does what I'm already describing in some manner, Gang Up lets you be proactive (rather than constantly twiddling your thumbs and hoping Chromaggus will topdeck and copy the card you need at the right moment).
I'm not telling you to replace Chromaggus; rather, I'm suggesting you supplement Chromaggus with Gang Up.
You can take advantage of Hungry Dragon's otherwise negative Battlecry by having Foe Reaper attack the newly spawned 1 drop, thereby killing the bigger adjacent minions while Foe Reaper takes less damage.
Um, what about Hungry Dragon's potential synergy with Foe Reaper?
Since Foe Reaper deals additional damage to his target's adjacent minions, Foe Reaper can take less damage when trying to get rid of a big target by attacking the newly spawned 1 drop instead.

Is it sensible to replace Shield Block for Chromaggus?

No love for Sludge Belchers?

No room for Thaurissan?

Will we ever see a dragon update of this deck?

What, no love for Earth Elementals?
i do believe that Lava Shock makes EE less punishing if it dies.

What's your opinion of Gallywix?

Neat decklist so far.
Any plans for the inclusion of Neptulon and Al Akir in the future?

Any room for Foe Reaper in this deck?

What about Foe Reaper then?

Perhaps Hungry Dragon will have synergy with Foe Reaper?

But what about the fabled Sylvanas Shadowflame combo? Are you sure you want to miss out on that?

Would really appreciate it if you included a precise mulligan section. :)

Your criticisms are duly noted; I will make the adjustments.
Anyway, I've got another surprise for you to look at.
What do you think?
