Sorry, yeah, wasn't feeling the support much :(. Wouldn't it be either weird or boring if I just recorded the games with no one watching? Either not talking or chatting to myself?
Anyway guess I should do it, at least for posterity's sake. I'll look it up and post a time later on, I imagine sometime early on my Saturday/ late US Friday
Cheers for the well wishes guys :) latinvampire great idea mate! Does streaming on twitch automatically record it or is that a separate function/program?
Greetings everyone and welcome to the stream of a lifetime! I love playing all classes equally and decided a long time ago that I would achieve their 500 rank wins at the same time. That was when they were all around a hundred wins, now they're sitting at a comfy 498.
So I've decided I'm gonna do a 1-off stream to commemorate the occasion. As far as I know this will be a unique occasion in streaming history, maybe even hearthstone history! This thread is to see how many people wanna watch and to organise a good time for everyone. I live in Australia, so quite a different time zone to most but I'm a night owl anyway so don't mind weird hours to accommodate for those watching.
I have a pretty good collection across all the classes and can play a wide variety of decks but generally prefer my own homebrews. My rank isn't very high right now (19), due to having to get a win with each class before going back to the first, plus I've been savouring these last few wins over the past month or so. I figure that's fine because I hardly think peeps wanna watch me lose a bunch playing wacky decks and not getting those sweet sweet golden heroes.
Here's a list of the decks I'll be bringing, although I am open to suggestions, collection allowing
Warlock: Hi'reek handbuff, Glinda/tyrant control
Druid: Trees Are Friends (what? It's a good recipe), Star Aligner combo
Hunter: Linx Quest, Big Rattle Boom Zooka
Rogue: Kingsbane Pirates, Infinite Pogo
Shaman: Freeze, Odd Spellstone
Paladin: Heals, Mech recipe
Priest: Small spell, something...
Mage: Frostfire hero power control, also haven't decided
Warrior: Dragons with Oondasta & Akali combo, Tempo Self-harm
Now I don't know anything about streaming, I'm sure I could look it up, but if anyone has experience and/or advice that would be awesome! I wanna make this stream enjoyable for everyone :)
I'm really excited, both about achieving this for myself and sharing it with others, so come join!!
That's a hard on man, like I love the card but like you said, utterly outclassed by guldan. The only thing he does better than the hero card is potentially more healing on play (up to 14) but even that is mitigated by your health being capped at 15 for the rest of the game. Even in a deck designed to be perfect for him, guldan would still serve the same purpose better.
So no, there aren't any decks right now (possibly never in wild) that he's great in but nobody is stopping you from putting him in a deck anyway. I think the best deck for him is one that utilises self damage as much as possible, with aggressive hero powering and plenty of pressure on board. Demon midrange? I dunno
I recently picked up the last classic legendary so then immediately dusted jaraxxus so that next time I get a golden classic legendary it'll be this sick mofo. So yeah, I feel your pain brother
Yeah, as far as i can tell, the decks are random, just with a higher frequency of frozen throne cards. I don't think there's a particular pattern so it really boils down to hero powers. The best ones are warlock, mage and hunter with priest and maybe rogue close behind. Warrior or paladin might seem good cause of their starting weapons but both are overkill at the start of the game and waiting for the right opportunity later on can be suicide.
I'm a casual player but have been around since naxx so know the game well. Hit me up if you've got any questions :)!
Because we all know it'll come again so, when it does, which class would you like a skin for? Whether you just want a class to fill out a spot in a lineup (like me) or have a specific character or theme/tribe in mind, you may comment below and specify your reasoning
Right on mate! So far an excellent expansion, no classes that seem thoroughly over(or under)-powered and most have more than 1 deck that can be played with a reasonable amount of success. However, whiners will be whiners, so I wouldn't pay them much heed
Been playing since naxx , all heroes are at 471-472 ranked wins. Put in a lot of time so that one day I could get all golden classes in one fell swoop!

Hnnggh
Tracer: rogue legendary
3 mana 2/4
Battlecry: deal 2 damage. When this minion attacks and survives, return it to your hand

Paladins new priestess legendary means this thread is entirely pointless until rastakhan rotates. Make a new thread in a year or so

You could try something more aggressive using boomship, fatigue and out valuing aren't the most effective wincons right now
