I used to enjoy playing Wild once in a while but for a while now all I play against is either some variant of reduced cost mech deck or secret mage, which is playing secrets and minions for free while dealing absurd amounts of damage. My point is: Cost reduction has gone completely out of hand and should be adressed in a nerf. It makes no sense to allow the constant bypassing of the mana that should be required to play a card.
There are some websites if you are really interested. I checked once but I think that the risk of getting banned is to high when compared to the payoff, since I dont think that you will get anything close to the amount you invested.
Great Meta guys: Fucking secret mage in wild (8 out of 10 recent games) and quest/evolve shaman in standard (6/6). See you next Expansion I am done until then.
They seem to go to great length at the moment to avoid any sort of public reaction. They disallowed post game interviews, gamer cams and they cancelled the Nintendo Switch Launch event for Overwatch. They seem to be pretty anxious. Blizzcon is going to be interesting....
It is getting worse and worse: At first we got the Jaina nerf, than other card designs got changed or even renamed in some cases and now we get a glimpse of what the increasing influence of the chinese government (the chinese population probably couldnt care less) will do to the Entertainment industry in the future. We can only hope that enough people will speak up and put their money where their mouth afterwards.
Probably Ok for now but I kind of wish that they would have done something about giants as well. They acknowledge that the problem lies within the interaction with giants so i feel like the nerf should have gone in that direction.
everything that just swarms the entire board and puts you on the spot to either have an answer right away or get fucked is not ok and shouldn't be in the game imo.
Currently warriors can mulligan pretty effectively against it with Brawl and Warpath but most other classes aren't that lucky.
I play with my own version of taunt warrior, main differences is that I run 2x Brawl and and some more taunts instead of SN1P-SN4P and Acolyte of Pain. I don't really want to draw that heavy in general and I cut SN1P-SN4P because I didn't want it to feel like another plain Boom Warrior. In general I feel though, that the taunt package is cool but the main win condition remains the Mech + Dr. Boom, Mad Genius package.
First I thought Priest is getting cocked again since its way harder to complete the quest than rogue for example (they really dont need to try to hard) but the reward for rogue is definitly not that great imo while a +3/+3 buff every turn for 2 is pretty cool.
I mean this card is cool and handbuff taunt warrior seems to be something they want to see but there is just no way this will be the choice over bombs and mechs as long as Dr. Boom, Mad Genius is around.
10 mana minions need to be extremely broken to be played in standard. X/X for X plus taunt is just not that good and will usually sit dead in your hand.
Further, there are just way to many ways to deal with big dudes like this for way less mana.

Play Rat Trap and your opponent will have a serious problem. I already hate this card.

Just another reason to never Conjurer's Calling a 7 drop (seriously, don't do it!).

I can only imagine the salt level when you give him your best card for something completely unimportant. Gnomeferatu is just a million times better.

Pretty hard to kill as well if you don't have board. I would be surprised if it does not see play.
