posted a message on Tips for Miracle Rogue?

As others have said it takes a lot of games to get good with the deck but it's incredibly rewarding when it clicks for you. Dog streams late at night but he is usually playing rogue and he is one of the best out there. I would definitely spend at least an hour or so watching him, you'll pick up a lot just by watching an actual game. It's a lot easier than trying to come up with specific circumstances in a forum.

posted a message on Malygos miracle rogue or leeroy miracle rogue?

I prefer Malyrogue for laddering. I might be a bit biased but there are generally less straight combo cards in Malyrogue allowing you to win without the combo. The Leroy or charge versions of miracle are thwarted by a mere taunt and the non-charge versions don't have a real win con outside a miracle turn. Again, I'm biased but Malygos don't give a fuck about your taunt, I collect my pieces, drop a giant dragon and rain unblockable death from above.

Warrior would suck without fwa. Death's bite is gone already and you want to take away their iconic class card? I want all nerf threads deleted immediately and a way to DOWNVOTE this nonsense!

    Quote from Seriouslee383 >>

I've had the privilege to play both Control Warrior (Pre-WoG days) and Freeze Mage (Pre-Loe days).  Both were great deck back before standard was around and I enjoy them both so I'll just run down somethings I thoroughly think about them.

    • Freeze Mage: Freeze Mage was my third competitive deck I ever played with, the first was some crummy self-made Mid-Range Paladin when I first started, and then a Tempo Mage deck. I always enjoyed Mage a lot Pre-Loe and Freeze Mage was pretty popular among the people I played.  It was a decently cost deck and I definitely say that its one hard deck to master and play correctly.  When done right though, it is satisfying and Freeze Mage is hard to counter unless someone could burst a good amount of damage before you could preform board clears, etc.  It was alight when I first started but then got just really boring to play.  I was a mindless process of grabbing essential cards and staying alive and auto-conceding to any Warrior.
    • Control Warrior: I loved Control themes a lot more than aggro and when Control Warrior seemed to be making a gradual rise in the meta Pre-WoG days, I decided to make that expensive ass deck.  (Please don't netdeck that horrible CW deck on this site its actually pretty out-dated even for Wild and Pre-WoG day plays.  Better off netdecking a legend CW player from streams.)  It was the best decision ever.  I enjoy interacting with the board a lot more with this deck, and actually busting out some of my legends that I longed to play. It required me to make smart and interactive moves early game and control board while sacrificing health.  Combo's that were more complex were in CW than in Freeze Mage and definitely more minions (who doesn't like minions).  You didn't really have to worry much when you health was low since you always felt like you could reestablish in the late game. It crushed most decks and was a blast to play before WoG came out.

So I really think that I enjoyed the more expensive CW deck back in the day however now in Standard, both Freeze Mage and CW are pretty dead and not really that good tbh.  If you really want to go for a control oriented deck in Standard, make a N'Zoth Paladin/Priest/etc.  The New Dreamrattle Paladin by Sigma seems quite interesting tome and I plan to craft it as  soon as possible. CW however is worth the craft, maybe some other time.

Between the two, I find freeze more fun to play but in the current meta, Malyrogue or miracle will give you a better winrate while providing the same style of play. All of these decks will have growing pains to go through before you're even remotely successful with them.
If you like the control playstyle more you will not go wrong with CW but it requires more legends to tech in and out. There has only been 1 time in the hs of hs that I truly thought it felt weak.

As someone who has both and crafted freeze mage recently, the best advice i can give you is don't craft either, they're both terrible currently, freeze may be decent in a tournament format but it cant compete on ladder, too many counters currently; and CW is just bad, not a single strong matchup except vs freeze.

I would disregard this completely. FM can be a tough deck to learn to play well so if he just crafted it, I'm sure he's not good with it. There are a lot of warriors of all types around but not quite as many pure CW's, more tempo and patron which isn't nearly as bad a matchup but still not great. CW is doing very well right now, maybe not the very best deck but always viable and capable of reaching legend.
Oh mighty allknowing one, good to know you can tell what a person plays like without knowing a single thing about them. Watch some recent tournaments, see how "viable" CW is, going 0-3 versus any competitive deck, freeze mage is a decent tournament deck, that's it, nothing more, nothing less, on ladder it gets rekt by cw, patron, n'zoth paladin, both shaman decks, even c'thun priest with the 10 healing minions + flash heals etc can win easily.
    Don't waste your dust op.
No, the thing is people on ladder don't have the patience to learn to play FM properly, whereas in tournaments you have people who actually know what they're doing.
And you're retarded if you believe half the decks you mentioned are even favored against it, let alone "win easily" against it.
Did i hurt your feelings or something kiddo ? calling people retarded cuz they point your crush deck is average, smh.
Patron 20/80 matchup, CW 10/90 matchup, Aggro Shaman 30/70 matchup, Mid/totem 40/60 matchup, N'zoth 50/50 with most pros saying pala is favoured, due to double forbidden healing + Ragnaros, you need a 30 damage otk to win, goodluck with that, versus double ragnaros and tyrions. Heavy heal priest is the same, you need 30 otk or go home, all these decks are common on ladder.
I didn't mean to insult you but if someone says they crafted freeze mage, miracle rogue or Malyrogue recently I immediately take what they say with a grain of salt. All of those decks take 100's of games just to play competently, never mind play them well.
Then quoting the first meta snapshot of the expansion, which most people think is trash and completely out of order doesn't help your credibility. I've mentioned in other posts that it was just too early to rank decks when that was written and it's more opinion than fact.
Lastly, you keep switching your post between good in tournaments and ladder, there is no consistency in your last post. Btw, I'm not the only one that's disagreeing with you here.

I love queuing into n'Zoth pali and any control or n'zoth priests as Malyrogue. Basically free wins, I hope they stay and become more popular.

posted a message on should i disenchant my yogg-saron?

Try it out in a miracle rogue list, dog's was a good one. It's a ridiculously good time and in general it benefits you. Play it when you're slightly behind and even if it backfires on you it's hilarious. There are also some tempo mage and other mage decks that use it but I always find I don't cast enough spells with mage to really make it go off.

That was the only legendary I got in my first 35+ packs and even though it's not the most competitive legendary I was really glad I got it. Like I said, I've never had more fun with a single hs card, ever.

It's the most fun legend ever created in HS history, and you'd rather have 400 dust? Why do you need help exactly?

posted a message on Warrior Crafting Advice Needed!

I would say craft any of those first 5 legendaries first and varian last but tempo warrior uses it and it's pretty important. You can't really go wrong with any of them though, I don't know that there is a wrong answer or wrong order. You're going to want all those cards eventually.

    There is a duplicate timer,

The legendary you crafted will show up in within next 100 packs,

It has been proven by statistics

No, it certainly hasn't. You can't just say something has been "proven by statistics" when you don't provide any. In your case, I feel you don't understand statistics and probability. Not sure why you would feel the need to mislead people instead of not saying anything at all about something you obviously know nothing about. (Unless you're just trolling hearthpwn, in which case good one.)

    Quote from TrollShroud3 >>

Zoolock, aggro shaman and Divine shield paladin are among the hardest decks to play right now. They require so much set up and tweaking of cards in your deck to tailor to the current meta it's not like just anyone can play them and expect success. If you made it to rank 5 with aggro shaman maybe you are talented in the way aggro plays and it in tune with your play style or you don't understand control. N'zoth paladins more common anyways and Zoo is a control deck with a lot of planning ahead to play correctly.

A single point of damage missed or mistake is game costing for aggro decks though so the skill cap for those decks are pretty high.

This is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read on this site and that is saying a lot. Looking at your name though, it makes me think it was intentionally ridiculous, but I can't be sure if you're serious or trolling.
