Why should people get butthurt that you enjoy elder scrolls legend more than hearthstone? If you enjoy the game more than Hearthstone than good for you. This thread seems kind of pointless.

RavenSunHP posted a message on These new Quests are....Posted in: General DiscussionNo brainer decks and concede games areffar from widespread.
You waste more time on building a specific no brainer deck EVERY TIME instead of just playing your own decks properly.
Also, it is pointless to concede if your deck is consistent and you can still apply your strategy: winning also earns you money (3,3g).
On the long run, little will change. Perhaps we'll have a bit more variety and less competitiveness in casual, because victory is not the main target in many cases. And someone will have some permanent fun decks built for quests.
But the nobrainer trend will die very soon. It'll be occasional at best.

Flood posted a message on Legendary Tier Crafting GuidePosted in: Card DiscussionA New Legendary Crafting Tier List Has Appeared!
The ratings in the thread are more than my opinion, they are opinions of people I know, myself and popular Steamers such as Trump, Reynad, Sjow, etc. I am ranking the Cards in Tiers/Brackets I am doing this because it is impossible to rate them from 1 to X.
This is not a tier list of the best Legendaries, this is a Crafting Tier list. This list is used to find out which Legendaries to craft and Disenchant. Arena and non-competitive play have no bearing on this list.
I have arranged the Legendaries this way to not only show their importance in constructed but also to inform readers on how/why they are useful. If you have any questions about the tier list ask them, if you believe the tier list should be changed in any way, PM me.
Remember: If you would like to know what Legendary to craft, please include the decks you play and the decks you are going to play. This is necessary and someone can help you a lot easier.
Press Ctrl + f to find in page!
THE PAGE WILL BE UPDATED IN THE COMING DAYS AS THE META STABALIZES

Supreme posted a message on Despicable DreadlordPosted in: Despicable DreadlordThis card might not be that bad. I had to throw 2 Pirates at it instead of hitting face. It did a good job of delaying my victory by 1 turn.

SanityBox posted a message on Spirit LashPosted in: Spirit LashFinally a cheap AOE for priest, with multiple synergies:
1. Bloodmage Thalnos. (Might replace Holy Nova)
2. Northshire Cleric + Circle of Healing.
3. Lightwarden.
4. Prophet Velen (2 damage AOE that heals for 4 for each target).
5. Mana Geode.
6. In wild: Holy Champion, Light of the Naaru, Shadowboxer.
7. More lifesteal effects to be released in the set?
Also synergizes with Hooded Acolyte and Grim Patron.
Overall, a great addition to priest.

I'm not sure exactly what it is - things are always up and down with the game, and that's normal, as the game should be always changing - but this is the worst I've felt about Hearthstone at any one given time. The game feels stale, I don't feel excited about trying to get higher on the ladder, it seems like in general the people playing are "saltier" than ever, and I am not even having fun game to game. Each game honestly feels like a crap-shoot, regardless of the cards or skill (I know...) of the player. I cannot stand playing it right now. I hope Blizzard can make it fun again, or maybe I just need a break for a while.

Thanks Regaki - this has been a very fun deck to play. I've been quite fortunate with this deck - it's just what I've been looking for lately since I don't have the cards to play a RenoLock, but I love playing a Warlock. I have been delving in to much Warlockery due to not being able to fill out the staples of RenoLock decks, and DiscardLock not quite feeling as powerful as it did previously - this is a very nice balance, for me at least. Thanks! :)
Edit: Mixed results, as with any deck, but overall, it is a lot of fun, and provides more than enough blow-out wins! :)

I am not. I think it is incredibly rude to rope someone else on purpose every turn. As others have said, it wastes everybody's time. And I am not one of those playing either archetypes. You have the right to do so, of course, but for me it isn't worth getting all bitter to the point of wasting time/energy being salty about it or purposely wasting time punishing someone (and myself time-wise) for someone choosing to playing an annoying style that is prevalent right now.

Your deck takes care of those pirate decks very nicely! It is surprisingly effective - at first glance I wasn't sure... but it absolutely can make quick work of some aggressive decks.
I hadn't used Holy Champion in quite a while, and had forgotten how easily its numbers can grow - you are absolutely right! Paired with a Northshire Cleric or two for great draw. Plus choosing Holy Nova over the newer AoE Dragonfire Potion as you said, make for amazing synergy. The other key card for me so far, was your clever inclusion of Holy Smite - it can often finish off some stubborn enemy minions ;)
Thank you for sharing ZASE7 :)

i want to fucking cut off all the pirates limbs and have them walking on peg-legs - no arms and no legs like fucking seamus levine on family guy. i'd gather them all up, and load them on to a galleon (and probably just stuff them in the fishing nets, since they couldn't really move around too much or see out of that one good eye anyhow, but i wouldn't want to take any chances). then, i'd take the ship out to one of the deepest areas of the sea, and sink the mother-fucking ship, and take the only row boat back to shore.
i would then be happy to rinse off all this saltiness from myself and just know that they drowned ingesting the saltiest of waters, which hopefully was one of the most excruciating of deaths imaginable.
then after a short break, i would return to hearthstone, grateful for it being pirate-free. *argh!*

It is WAY too early for me to tell, but I like what I've seen so far overall. I do like that Blizzard has tried something unique to Hearthstone with the three different gangs in Gadgetzan and the tri-class card system.

I'm looking forward to playing the new expansion - it does have some very different and interesting twists. I look forward to a playing Priest again :)
