also jade druid is good because keep decks like odd warrior in check im sure if they nerf jade druid u people all gonna complain about odd warrior and 1h long games like standard players
The real question is not "Why is it so popular?" (pretty easy to answer if you ask me), but rather "How do you win against it without using a super-boring aggro deck?"
Any answer is welcome.
the only control deck that i managed to win vs big priest consistently was a mecathun warlock with teched in 2x treacheary and 2x doomsayer
trachery-doomsayer combo totaly lock big priest to use spellstone/mass res/ressurect
but there is always a game they barnes into y'shaarj on curve and u dont have your combo and u lose

i really like my infinite nzoth rouge with Togwaggle's Scheme

i agree but i also can understand limiting the expansion theme keywords like recruit and echo to that expansion only
the better solution is to just change them when they leave standard format

i suggest teching Treachery to combo with Doomsayer to counter big priest
this change improve my winrate alot

big priest is a plauge of wild not because of winrate but because of unfun experince the deck create
big priest is so straight forward to play and no matter how well u play/draw sometimes they just win because they draw the right card
im not seeng any problem with jade druid i hate Jade Idol too but playing Skulking Geist will 99% win u the game vs jade druid because they cut Jade Spirit for Archmage Vargoth package and higher winrate even cut Aya Blackpaw and Jade Behemoth

i like the idea of slightly buffing old bad cards
but nerfing tier 0 cards are more needed
1
Barnes to 6 mana
Bloodbloom to 4 mana
Edwin VanCleef +2/+1 for each card u play this turn
Preparation to 1 mana
Raiding Party to 4 mana
Waggle Pick to 3/3 weapon so u cant play free dread corsair with it and effect requires more setup
EVIL Miscreant to 4 mana
Omega Devastator to a 1/5 so its worse before turn 10 and with rush aura cant remove 2 things when he hit the board
Archivist Elysiana to 9 mana so u cant use hero power or use banker/brewmaster on her

wild is fun if u try it for first time
but i assure u its not fun losing to a highroll Barnes over and over again for 2 years

wild is easier if u already masters your deck
but becoming better at a wild deck is harder than standard deck
