Okacz posted a message on "Well played" and 30-0Posted in: General Discussion"Well played" followed by, or during, a winning play (doesn't mean if it's yours) - polite way of saying "thanks for the game".
"Well played" repeated over and over by a druid who waits till the end of the rope to show you his brilliant FoN+Savage Roar combo - that's being an asshole.
Simple.

Kebin posted a message on Squelch - does it work?Posted in: General DiscussionI mean. You right click your portrait and then click one of the emotes to use an emote. To squelch, you right click THEIR portrait and then click Squelch. Makes sense to me.

RJCarrot posted a message on Proof that this is not pay to win game and does not require a big amount of time to get legend rankPosted in: General DiscussionLegendary for the most part takes a decently built deck, a moderate to good player skill wise, and the most important part.... TIME.
It's called a grind for a reason.

You don't get to legend by being lucky. -

But Tracking is a very strong card in aggro since you want to find the Leeroy and Kill Command for finishing.
P.S. This is not an aggro deck.

I have played card games going on 15 years now. It is customary to shake your opponent's hand and tell them "good game" after every match, no matter the outcome. "Well Played" is the closest thing to that that Hearthstone has, so I always emote "Well Played" at the end of every game. If that makes me an asshole, then I guess I am an asshole.
Also, if you think about it, "Well Played" to me just means that both players "Played Well". Are you saying that someone did not "Play Well" in a game where someone got rushed down? Who did not "Play Well" in your situation? Was it you, or was it them?
If you want to read into it and think I'm being sarcastic or intentionally being an asshole then that sucks, but it doesn't affect me whatsoever so that's on you. At the end of the day I say "Well Played" when I win, and I say "Well Played" when I lose (even if I lose to some stupid luck/combo garbage), and I sleep just fine at night. If you want to dwell on the intentions of people's emotes and get salty/tilted then that's your own business, but I can tell you that it's not worth even thinking about.

From what I've seen with Yugioh and the dueling network, the percentage would probably be closer to 80%. With Hearthstone having more rng, people get pretty salty.

I think the option to turn something like that on would be nice, but I also don't think it would fit well with the way the game was designed (visually and functionally). Maybe something they could do in the future, but they have been pretty adamant that they don't want to do that.

I don't play too many bots, maybe one in ten games on a heady day, but I don't play at night or at low ranks so that may be what is making the difference. I don't mind it all that much, I mean it sucks, but I rarely lose to a bot.

I think hogger is playable in the right deck and in the right meta, but I don't ever see a meta where either of them would be must haves. I would DE them myself.

A sunwalker or another Belcher would be fine. Ironbark can get blown out by Big Game Hunter so it is dangerous to play in a format where Big Game Hunter is common.

Ysera and Gorehowl are goo for a slow meta, Barron is good for zoo and shaman (same with Abomination), Big Game Hunter is good for a meta with a lot of handlock and control warriors, Korkron Elite is good against zoo, and a second brawl is decent when there are a lot of zoo/handlock/shaman. There are a lot of little tweaks you can make to improve certain matchups, which is why I run it. Warrior can be built to win pretty much any matchup, which is what keeps it always viable.
As far as your build, it looks good. Any changes I would have would be purely personal preference.

Definately use Cairne instead of Black Knight if you have it. Belcher isn't that hard to remove and Cairne is one of the best minions in the game in my opinion.

Buzzard should draw the cards at the end of the turn. Honestly it's not the buzzard+hounds combo that pisses me off, it's the "I have no hand other than buzzard+unleash, so I play those and draw 2-3 cards, then play 2 webspinners and draw two more, then play hunters mark to remove your strongest minion for basically free, all while building a board and filling my hand."
