it recently happened to me that my opponent played Azari, the Devourer after completing the Seals from Rin, the First Disciple. But instead of destroying my deck, nothing happened. This happened to me twice in the last two weeks or so.
Was there something that I might have overlooked? Or has it happened to anyone out there, too?
I beat him on my very first run with a really aggressive Rogue deck. I had the Pirate package with Patches and the Captain plus Gang Up and the passive +1/+1. I also picked the Hero Power upgrade and had two Oils and more Weapon buffs.
I would suggest you go for GvG. With the commons and most rares you can have a lot of fun on ladder. I love the theme and still play a Mech Mage deck. For crafting I think you should focus on Naxx. Sludge Belcher, Loatheb, Zombie Chow and others find their place in many decks like NZoth or Taunt themed. Mal Ganis is very specific and can only be used in Demonlock decks (it's pretty OP there, but still...) so I would go for the more versatile cards.
I enjoy my Shaku, the Collector very much. I have a burgle Rogue deck in wild which is just great fun and semi-competitive. If you spend a lot of time in wild I would definately recommend crafting him.
I feel like Voidcaller is kind of bad choice since the battlecry of Abyssal Enforcer is something you probably don't wanna miss. And for 4 mana the best it can summon from your hand is another 4 mana card with a much better effect (or a 1 mana taunt). I would put Imp Gang Boss back in. Imp Gang Boss is also a great card for a sick board clear with Defile.
What do you think of a wild version with Reno instead of the Lick King? Since I don't have him and don't really feel like craftin him. His Death Knight cards just don't seem as solid to me.
Just yesterday I became Jaraxxus as a Rogue (I played a fun burgle deck) and after the game I got experience for Rogue. So I guess Hero Cards will act similar.
Not the Hero card, but the Shadow Reflection created by your new Hero Power. Since the idea of the new hero power is to cast a spell twice and everyone is saying that it only works on 5-Mana spells (or less). But with Preparation it also works with 6-Mana spells.

I also have Valeera now and will try it out with her in the deck to steal even more cards.

Right, Mal'Ganis. Great Demon synergy. He didn't even cross my mind. I think I'll try some kind of wild version of this, thanks.

This is not at all a deck to become "free legend". Sorry, but this kind of clickbating shows what is wrong with this community.

It transforms into every card you play so if you play something after prep it transforms into that.

Doesn't it also work with 6-Mana cards andPreparation? You reduce the 6-Mana spell down to 3 and then cast the copy for 6-mana.
