im guessing you're tired of the rank 20 experience becuase i have not seen a single patches since my climb from rank 20 to 10 with spell hunter.
if you think it's too expensive there's always zoo to play.
nice cocky comment there....
have you ever played rank 5 - legend? patches was and is everywhere and as pointed out a thousand times he alone is not the problem, but that all these oppressive packages are just too strong so they become auto-includes and every damn game feels super similar. it makes the game and meta feel stale as hell even though almost all classes are somewhat playable now. i mean look at last season... breakfast priest was a freaking tempo rogue version of priest.
not even gonna start about bonemare and scalebane... just HORRIBLY designed cards with no thoughts whatsoever behind them.
speaking for me i just go r5 in the first week and quit ranked right after that.
dungeon runs were a nice addition though until that is grinded out as well...
too slow for the all time present aggro tbh. the legendary weapons so far are rather slow as well so the fancy plays will be way too slow with this. fun with medivh tho
just tried this at rank 4 to 3, this gets rekt by just everything unless your opponent draws absolute crap/zero answers. very unsatisfying spot for hunter atm
honestly leeroy has won me more games in tempo rogue than edwin right now he's too easy to deal with. its a lot harder to deal with a buffed leeroy -> shadow step -> leeroy + cold blood-> 17dmg with an EMPTY board... plus leeroy can be used in other decks as well.
however if you mainly play rogue then edwin might be the better choice because he sees play in pretty much every rogue deck.
Because 95% of the HS community are mindless sheep who can only copy full deck lists and can't even change tech choices to fit THEIR current meta? Then they lose and blame the freaking deck for being stuck at rank 15 LUL.
They will just listen to whatever "pro" streamer said somewhere + follow outdated/wrong tier lists.
Honestly good players can climb to legend even with absolute meme decks... which Razakus Priest defo is not. It's lost some of its power mainly because of what you already said and secondly because people tried HARD to find decklists which work especially well against that deck since it was so strong/nearly oppressive. The other thing is the deck is not as easy to play no matter what your salty enemy is going to tell you. You can see that in the < 50% win rates at rank 20-5. Most people can't play the deck at its potential power, making it feel weak for them so just jump onto the bandwagon and call it Tier3.
Its clearly nowhere near that. If you can play the deck somewhat well its still a Tier 1-2 deck for sure.
Everyone who thinks the deck is Tier 3 is probably hyper copying all the "WOWOMGZ 90% (rank25-24)!!!)" deck lists here and doesn't understand why he can't climb more than 1 rank in weeks.
As annoying as RNG can be, its part of card games and RNG goes both ways. Also it kinda makes HS more fun at times. But i agree that RNG got too big with all these discovers, steals and random spells, i feel its getting a lot better with KFT and the following rotations of expansions (unless Blizzard feels like printing a gazillion RNG cards again.
The only real thing that triggers me is people emoting like shit after their crazy RNG like they just did some pro play or whatever.
The worst about HS right now is honestly the missing diversity when not playing at rank floors, it just feels stale to face 90% of the same priest and rogue deck. There will always be strong and weak decks/classes but atm is just too unbalanced, and i actually don't get why Blizzard doesn't release more small updates more frequently to keep the game more balanced.
well, sometimes shamans have really lucky evolves, just as often as they have really really unlucky evolves.
but seriously... just try as hard as possible to keep their boards clear and its a super ez matchup for any class.... unless they draw the nuts then they're almost unbeatable (like any other class)

so you basically want raza unnerfed because that was the only time you were able to go legend? LUL next.
2
jeez its amazing how many people don't get the most simple stuff even when its handed to them on a silver plate...
no wonder 95% of you are stuck at rank 20.

this is the perfect mirror for what the game/playerbase is like atm

OP probably made a "home-brew" deck switching out 1-2 cards in a classic burn or controlmage - wow youre so special bro :)

GOT 12 WINS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER :D
Drafted a Druid/Rogue with no legendaries and UI only epic... thought it was shit but, still went to 12-2 with it!
