This is unbelieveable! The privilege of having 2 moonfire in rogue is they have to pay 2 mana each, with 2 mana upfront 'do nothing'. This would be laughed out of every other class. How is this not worse than purify!? This is why druid has always been the better rogue class. Malygos druid was better than Maly rogue. Mill druid better than Mill rogue. Tempo druid better than tempo rogue. And without conceal, the linchpin of miracle, Miracle druid will rise and Rogue will fall to bottom tier.

Its overcosted by 2. So it basically says pay 2 mana for two pseudo-draw effects. This could easily be a discover effect though. Discover a spell is worth 1 mana (raven idol) so the draw should be above average. The pool ranges from overcosted (1-mana shadowstep) to good (1- mana draw a card). But certainly not a blow out. And where is the poisoned weapons flavor. Deadly poison is lonely now that tinkers is gone.
