Not that it means much now, but I just went on a mad Secret quest and got all the ones listed just now.  Pretty cool stuff.  Was always fun to mess with.

Some people are idiots and just don't comprehend what they read.  Hearthstone is not dying, just this site.  The site is not being shut down because Flux decided to leave.  I don't know the real reason, but it probably has something to do with Curse.  They probably don't have the funds to keep it running anymore.  This site probably lost a lot of traffic in the past year or two due to the creation of the Hearthstone Deck Tracker website.  That site is a lot more accurate because they use real data to track all the best decks.  HearthPwn was mainly for deck creations and theorycraft's and for community interactions which was all great.  I'm guessing it wasn't enough though to keep it up and running.  I'll admit I didn't use the site as often as I would have liked, but when I did use it, I had some great fun.  Sad to see it go.  I actually used the site yesterday  to help build me a Khadgar Cyclone Mage.  My first instincts were to come here looking for it instead of "that other site".  lol.

Yeah I noticed that.  I got garbage choices for heroes, so I picked Rogue.  Then proceeded to get one of the worst decks I've had in a while.  Got 2 Legendary's surprisingly enough, but they were trash tier.  Still managed 3 wins because I also ran into decks worse than mine.  Seems like the changes may have made things worse.  Think I'd prefer all the OP cards over this.

Thanks for this list.  I've been running something similar since KAC released and Val'anyr was my free weapon.  The deck started out well, but wasn't terribly consistent.  I think when the meta shifted to Aggro that's when it started going downhill.

Anyway, I tried out your variant tonight and it's worked pretty well in the small sample size I was able to play.  It went 4-1 and only lost to a Secret Mage who got the absolute perfect starting hand and had gotten every perfect answer to my plays.

Mind Control Tech I believe is such an underrated card this format.  It must've won me at least half my games.  It's even better when it is buffed by Val'anyr and takes their best card.

I also think you're right about The Lich King.  I think it is too clunky of a card for this deck as much as you and I love it.  I took it out for a Spellbreaker and added another one somewhere in there as I don't have a handful of the cards listed.

Got Val'anyr as my free weapon luckily.  Probably the only one of the bunch I really wanted because I know I can actually use it.  Was definitely looking forward to making a deck around it and trying it out.

This deck is really good so far.  It's currently 2-1 and would be 3-0 if the Mage I faced didn't pull the win out of their ass.  I was at 9 health and they play the Mage weapon and within their 3 cards end up drawing a Fireball and a Frostbolt and beat me next turn when I had them beat the turn after.  That's Hearthstone for ya.  lol.

Anyway, I don't have Krush or the Devilsaur's, so I subbed them with that new 7/7 that summons a bunch of 1/1's and 2 Highmane's.  I put 2 Oozeling's instead of your one because I felt it was too good of a card, but now thinking 1 is good enough.  Not sure.  I have to keep tweaking it here and there and see what works best.  I'm thinking of adding another beast or two somewhere for the recruit effects as I ran out one game and the effect went to waste.

The problem with a deck full of neutral cards is...not spells, well, Anduin help this "archtype" bringing the reinforcements...literaly. Helping the cicle and discovering spells that migth help you to answer the enemy board or game plan. Even if it looks boring cause neutral cards could be always the same deck every time, all 9 classes have minions that synergyses better with its game mechanics, hero power, and range of spells that can be discovered.

I really like to play slower evolve type shaman decks and I wanted to make a quest that synergizes with that. Ofcourse the amount of transformations required might be too low because Unstable evolution is a thing but if this were a real card it would ofcourse require actual playtesting to determine a more reasonable amount.  Nevertheless, I hope you like the card and good luck to all the participants!

Sidenote: sadly the name 'Zoth'Nagon, Shifter of Realities' didn't fit so I changed it to 'Shifter of Reality'.
