I am hoping to hit legend for the first time this season. I have gotten to rank 3 3 times now and rank 2 once. It is about time I just grind it out and get the cardback before climbing to legend becomes significantly less time consuming. I will likely use priest and warlock for most of it, though I likely will want to play rogue to wrap up my 500 wins at some point during the climb. Kingsbane mill seems to be the only viable archetype as of now pre nerf, so maybe I will use that to climb early and then use the tryhard decks from 5 on.
crackle seems strictly better than rockbiter, even with the doomhammer synergy. I would recommend at least 1 crackle from personal experience with the deck
How has cheat death performed for you? I found that I rarely could find a good time to play it, and often died before it was relevant. The curator, while good before is also a question card for me. After a few matches I found those two cards to be the weakest in my opinion, but I am not sure what to substitute them with for the current meta.
Honestly, (at least in wild), Reno priest obliterates cubelock most the time. It's combo potential is way faster than a cubelock actually killing you. Both decks get a few notable cards with wild, including voidcaller, mal'ganis, reno, spawn of shadows, lightbomb, and dark bomb. Even with this change, the decks remain relatively similar. Reno priest is just so much faster most of time while also having much better removal than cubelock. Because of all of these factors, I would say cubelock is pretty balanced, up until rotation. That is where things get a little messy.
I mean, they did that. Ragnaros and Sylvanas were legendary, and Azure drake was rare. Therefore they have never rotated a basic card. My guess is Ice Block gets rotated in april.
It would be nice if they removed charge from patches, or nerfed him some other way, but none of those cards I would consider broken. Because of this it is likely we will not see nerfs, especially considering patches was not nerfed during the mess of msog
I am also having major difficulty with this deck. Maybe I’m just drawing poorly, but I rarely make it to turn 10, let alone with any semblance of a functional hand. The only thing I can really think of changing is adding more cthun activators, but that kind of ruins the point of it being a control deck in the first place considering that the rest of it is catered to that play style. Any specific tips on mulligans, removal desicion making, anything? I’ve played hundreds of control warrior matches but I’m just getting wrecked right now
She’s cool, and a nice addition to control warlock decks, but most of her utility is used in control mirrors. Since control decks are very uncommon in the meta right now, she is not considered good
Psychic scream for sure. If priest was already very good, which it was, this will only increase their consistency, and because of how priest decks work now, relying on combos to kill rather than grinding, it actually fulfills everything you would want in a card. Legendary wise Zola seems to be the safest bet, with Aline th close behind. Both provide incredible utility while also complimenting multiple strategies in the process.
Your welcome seems to have the highest toxicity potential, but otherwise the list makes a lot of sense. Sorry is still at the top easily just due to how it was used for me. I never spammed it like a turd, it was just omg I topdecked lethal sorry man. I think they should add an auto mute button for the future, but they should bring some more options to emotes
It’s been this way since at least late 2014, which is when I started. Last days are the desperate people trying to climb to get better rewards. This means that it gets pretty cutthroat on the last few days of the month. Doable, but harder

I am sad that I own all of these cards. About to go to wild and test it out for memes

It’s a safe craft, and probably the best neutral card in the set. If it gets nerfed, which I don’t see happening, that’s full dust anyway

Around 150. If I can I’ll do more because this set looks very good

They just printed one of the strongest discard cards yet, seems like that’s a no. Either way cataclysm is incredibly strong
