I think people may be overestimating the universal value of seeing cards in your opponent's hand. Yeah it's fantastic in a slow control meta, but in a fast meta you would almost always rather have another board clear or tempo card than information about your opponent's hand.
There's still a lot of Shaman cards to be revealed. Hopefully the devs remember from pre- Old Gods that Shaman needs a ton of help at the start of every standard year because their evergreen set is so weak. It's too early to call at this point.
Charge: Your minions can attack on the first turn.
Rush: Your minions can attack minions on the first turn.
I'd say they still can't go face
It's pretty clear from the wording that a minion with both Rush and Charge (yes, you can have both just like any other combination of abilities) would be able to 1. Attack minions on the first turn and 2. Attack anything on the first turn. Since attacking anything includes attacking minions, Rush becomes a redundant ability so it doesn't do anything even though it's still there.
The real reason they removed Enrage is because it's not a complex enough effect to justify a keyword. "Has... when damaged" is only two short words longer than "Enrage:", and it explains the effect without making new players hover over the card to see the popup.

This is a perfect answer to Azure Drake. Too bad it got HOF'd and isn't a standard staple anymore.

This would be pretty awesome. The Warsong Commander combo with Grim Patron for board clear was never too OP. It was the Frothing Berserker OTK that was broken.

Control Hunter card? Seems pretty decent with those small rush/charge minions.

Not bad at all for Kathrena Winterwisp decks, but we all know every other Hunter is not gonna bother with 3 mana non-beasts.

Best version of this effect we've had yet. Should work well against some combo/OTK decks, but it's a tech card at best.

Too bad N'Zoth, the Corruptor is rotating out of Standard. This card would be great in a N'Zoth Rogue.

How has this not been updated yet? Still says 7 mana.

Voted playable because this card is the very definition of playable. Like, it's just trying so hard to be played, by somebody, anybody, please!
On the other hand, it obviously can't be meta defining since, as has been mentioned, any card that counters a tribe counters this.
