For the second one I was going to make it Mage, but that seemed wayyyy too op. Let me know which one seems more interesting and any balancing changes to make.
It does NOT inform your opponent what you drew, so they have to assume that you drew a spell and proceed with caution. And even if you don't draw one, they don't know and will still use a spell to activate the effect just in case. I think this could be a really fun card and quite balanced as well. Stats wise, if you consider that a "Draw a Card" effect has a 2 Mana 1/1 Ratio, so 6 Mana 5/5 or 4/6, then you add the Counter effect, 3/6 is quite reasonable. Please enjoy!

Originally I was going to make it so that they knew if you drew a spell but then I realized that it would be balanced if they didn't know cause they still would have to assume. Just wanted to run it by here first to check if 1. It doesn't violate the "Cannot just produce Counterspell" Rule or any others and 2. If it is as balanced as I think it is.
