Ive been fiddling with it a bit, and it seems either related to game's duration, or amount of cards played in the match or a combination of the two. If you immediately quit a game without playing a card you get 0 exp, if you play 1 card then quit you get like 7 exp, the longer the game goes on the more exp you get. Got 100 plus exp for a 30 cards played game where I'm taking a shot in the dark that you get ike 10 exp for a win and 5 for a loss added the game's length.
Anyone else figured out any unique scenario with the exp distribution?
Like in the other modes?
XP gain is related mostly to game's duration. Exact numbers are still unknown. But players are reporting 300 exp per hour constructed. 200 exp per hour battlegrounds. Faster games, more time in queuing games, less exp.

XP gain per hour IS NOT 400 exp constructed, 300 exp battlegrounds as announced.
It is around 1/4 less what they said it would be.

Math is wrong. They calculated you earn 400 XP per hour in constructed game mode. That is not true.
Try to play 1 hour and see how much xp did you get.
You earn around 300 xp per hour in constructed. Less if you playing fast games...
Other game mode also 1/4 less XP.
Info about XP per hour, same as the famous "same amount of gold" statement was just another lie from Blizz.
