Playing Control Priest on the 25th of last month and i was losing to a handlock at rank 5. He conceded. I friended and asked why? He said 'i dont have time to push legend this month and your deck was interesting, you could make it with that.'
I went 38 to 15 from there and made legend right on the last day, for the first time ever. AhrimsRache, that was the nicest thing anyone ever did for me on HS, and i been playing since day 1. Thanks for the belief!
Im looking forward to Mass Hysteria as it feels like it requires more skill than the average board clear, a bit like spotting a really good Defile.
Hakkar the soulflayer is a really interesting mechanic, i dont like people rapid drawing their decks with impunity. I don't see this as necessarily game winning and probably terrible to rely on but it will feature in some very funny meme decks.
Why does Zoo lock always have Prince Keleseth in opening hand? The last 10 games i played against them only one guy had the decency to not have it in opening hand.
He got added to my hand a couple of days ago from that card that gives each player a random 2 drop. I then played out the deathrattle mech that draws a 2 drop from your hand. Best value i will ever get from that combo.
Im not arguing this is a good deck, just tryng to be helpful. You can still win against mage and shaman, you just have to adapt your play style. If your opponent polymorphs both of your radiants then you misplayed. Dont give them the option.
The advice about bloodmage doesnt work if its in your opening hand as you rightly say, but if pull it after loot hoarder against mage or shaman it is very far from game over. If you need cards that desperately when you know they can destroy your win condition you have probably already lost.
Been playing this for 2 months now. If you are up against anything that can polymorph or add to your pool then you have to change your play. They wont waste a polymorph on a radiant elemental or loot horder so you have to death your own velen. If they do poly anything then you need to avoid playing out bloodmage thalnos, that way you guarantee to res a loot hoarder, radiant, velen and a sheep.
There are many many ways to win with this deck. The biggest let down is when you dont get a loot hoarder or bloodmage in the first 10 cards. Way behind then.
Helped me, i discovered the mage secret frost clone. She then used the minion that has +1/+1 for each spell cast. By turn 6 i had two 16/16's. This only worked with a specific set of treasures though so just lucky, i had the reduce spells by one. Meant that the whisperer was an instant OTK with arcane missiles. Fun run!
It will still have the 'cant attack' keyword so i say no. If you bought it out with the houndmaster and silenced the same turn i think rush would remain and you could attack.

You will also get a random Loa on the 4th right?
Thanks for the stats though, looks like an average to decent pack opening. If i get 4 legendary from 67 packs i will be happy, especially 1 golden.
Be careful what you dust (not saying your going to dust anything) because anything totally broken might get nerfed for full dust.
Hype!
