Play the flame guy or Cthun if you intend to go dragon. Real important to find divine shield dragon, taunt it, and scale that dragon. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I have been able to win rather consistently with dragon build when playing as either of these two heroes. I guess it is because there are a number of quality dragons, like the fire breathing welp and the double attack dragon, you can take early on, and just start to scale from there onwards. I have won without the tier 6 dragon before, but nadina is pretty important. Anyway, don’t pick dragon unless you are playing as these two, at least that’s what my experience tells me.
So the strategy to win with dragons is to simply get a strong hero....lol.
No, the strategy to win with anything is to simply get a strong hero actually.
When are they gonna fix the Mac can't play the game issue? Seriously, this is just prove they don't even bother to run the patch first before launching. Feel so sorry for this small indie company, they must so lack of money.
Spells have to go. Every time you think you are very strong, there comes some high roller with golden Kalesgos or Ragnaros turn 10... And you just die. Right now its almost no skill involved. Its just who highrolles first, wins. Elistra is too strong. If they sometimes make Tier 7 in tavern, Elistra and Amalgadon have to move there.
I liked meta before this patch, it was kind of balanced
I agree, especially with the new treasures, it is just more and more lucky game
I mean if they decided in that case, then they should change the description of the treasure to say the hero power refresh will not activate it. Now it just says add a minion for the rest of the game.
At the first round when you choose the treasure, it's silly to choose the "New Recruit". Because after use the hero power of Toki to refresh the tavern, you gonna end up with the original number of the minions, the new recruit will only be valid for normal refresh.
I mean seriously, does billiard even know what hero and what hero powers they have when build in the treasures????????
I am very confused by a game today. There were only 3 of us left in the battle, and I just keep matching with the 3rd guy for three rounds until I beat him. And then the game just ended of me being 2nd with 15 life left and I have not matched with the first place guy once!!!! Has this kind of thing happened to any of you guys???
I'm not sure I've ever seen him actually win a game (barring an early Kalecgos). But he's really bad for the game simply because of how punishing it is to play against him on the swing turn. Especially with a card like the Tide Razor, it's not uncommon to take 15-20 damage if you have the misfortune of catching him when he rolls into a T6.
I cant agree more, it is very stupid also because what kind of damage he can do to the early game players. Like that demon mama. The early damage is just too huge to recover, it is like a upgraded version of AFK
But it can't be fast enough. With Eudora, or Millhouse, or Tirion or any other previous nerf target I can think of that had to happen for sanity of the players, aside from Deathwing/ratpack, she produces the most predictable and boring OP strategy I can think of. Everytime you are in a lobby with her and you see she got her pogos you know where its going. If murlocs are banned and the jandice pilot is even remotely competent you are playing for second.
People used to find pogos fun, but unless they fix her asap we're all going to be left with pogo PTSD.
you're less than 6.5K arent you.
lol, everybody knows she is a problem and here you are trying to show off, disappear already please.
The problem for BG now is that it's so heavily depended on what hero you got at the beginning, with a good hear you don't need much skills to be top 4. On the other hand, if you end up with a weak one, unless you have very good luck, otherwise it is better to concede and start the new one.
I can't agree more, maybe try make it like cast numbers of random spells of 5 mana or less. It is still luck dependent, but at least in some range that will not swing the game totally like now. It is beyond frustrating that the advantage you have been building for the whole game destroyed and turning you into disadvantage by one card.
One thing I hope they can make the matching better in the game, so you would not meet the same person so many times, especially some aggressive ones in early game
Since we are talking about Eudora, I played one game which I fight against Eudora 3 times in 5 turns, so of course I lost quite early. I think it is very stupid that you met the same opponent so many times, they have to make the matching better.

so it is you?

I agree, I was competing the first place with one player for 3 rounds, and he was first attacker for 3 times, it is just ridicules.
