Yeah I donno about you guys, but I think N'zoth is by far the most OP card we have ever seen in hearthstone. He puts Dr 7 to shame, but yes, I will gladly take another Tirion and Sylvanas thanks N'Zee!
N'zoth is my favourite card of the set,N'zoth dragon pally (why have one 10 drop when you can have 2 :P) filled partially the void of handlock's loss to me.It's super fun to play and strong but i don't think it's op.At least for NOW and in standard. If they add more good midrange/early deathrattles before he rotates out, then yes he will be the joke of hearthstone ballance.
As for counters,N'zoth decks have plenty,C'thun renolock(aoe after aoe then Lord J seals the deal),fatigue priest, control warrior, even beast hunter and generally any decks that can kill them before turn 10 or simply can clear easily the board after he is played.
The only minor negatives that i can find right now is [...] Flamewreathed Faceless . I mean this card is not as broken as other cards that we have seen before but limits the viability of control /greedy midrange classes that don't have efficient ways to deal with it like pala, shaman or priest.
Warriors have exec, and maybe shield slam. Hunters have hunter's mark, and maybe Deadly shot. warlocks have power overwhelming and other buffs to trade it. Mage can fireball or sheep. The only problem is maybe for drood but if it was defining the meta they will all run Mulch, BGH or something to counter it... For sure it's a strong card but don't exaggerate everyone have efficient ways to deal with it.
I wouldn't call those efficient though.Warriors have to damage it to execute it,which means they will take face damage(weapons) or trade a minion to it or slam it AND execute it.Anyway it will be 2 cards for 1 or 7 face damage and 1 for 1.As for shield slam, well nope,i never have 7+ armor against face or midrange shaman. As for the hunters, they still have to trade something to it after they hunters mark it.So again it's 2 for 1 and none plays deadly shot and for a good reason.Mage has only polymorph because fireball+ping to deal with it is HUUUGE tempo loss to call it efficient. Finally non zoo warlocks can't P.O +trade but even zoolocks will trade 2 guys+P.O to it,so it's meh to bad.
Yeap i tried almost the same deck -one Spellbreaker +Big Game Hunter and i was stuck at ranks 4-6.I tried to make handlock work so hard but still failed :'(. Without a comeback mechanic like pre nerfed Molten Giant i failed to see how to make it work.I hope someone figures another comeback mechanic that I miss , to make the deck strong again.
Hi there, fellow gamers.I am enjoying the game like never before and i was wondering if there was a meta that was enjoyed more by the majority of the community.First things first i started playing a little before naxx was announced so i saw the days of miracle rogue dominance.Honestly that was the best era of hearthstone to me(after this one).It might be that was a new player and that i had just started to build my collection (f2p here) that made the game so exciting to me,but i felt that the game became less fun and diverse after naxx.Obviously the game remained fun enough to keep me playing but you get what i mean.
The game right now feels so exciting since there are more viable decks than ever before, almost every class has 2 or more archetypes. There aren't also any OMG BROKEN cards (well maybe except Flamewreathed Faceless?I am not sure) that define an entire meta.
The only minor negatives that i can find right now is that i can't seem to make my two favourite decks:Handlock and Malyrouge to work XD and Flamewreathed Faceless . I mean this card is not as broken as other cards that we have seen before but limits the viability of control /greedy midrange classes that don't have efficient ways to deal with it like pala, shaman or priest. The already fun and diverse meta would be even more diverse and fun without it imo.
So,what do you think? Was there a period that you enjoyed the game more?
Once the dust is settled and refined decks start to emerge this will be in all control paladins.Healbot is better only in very few cases.
Lets see the 3 most usual scenarios where you need healing.
Against pure face decks:You need to play a taunt to stop incoming damage and to heal.So at turn 6 you can play senjin and FH or just healbot. The 3/3 in this case is irrelevant and and most of the times you will want a 4 heal and taunt than 8 heal.
Against fload decks (like zoo):FH can be played with concecration or pyro+equality.Again 4 healing+board clear>8 healing +3/3
Against burst decks(freeze mage):The more healing the better since board doesnt matter in this case,FH>healbot
I put these scenarios at 6 mana because at mana<5 FH is better since healbot can't be played at all and at mana>6 FH offers much more than healbot anyway.
So healbot can be equal or slightly better only if you need healing at 5 mana.
In a control deck? Forbidden Healing no doubt. Why?Because is flexible and honestly one of the best healings that are out there!Once the dust is settled and refined decks start to emerge this will be in all control paladins.Healbot is better only in very few cases.

I don't have Baron Geddon and i don't like him enough to craft him(F2P here) so i want to replace him.My guess is with a second Brawl.Am i right or is there a better replacement?
Playing a 12/12 C'Thun on empty enemy board is better than a 30/30 C'Thun while the enemy has full board. This deck seems good at reaching the late game to play C'Thun and keeping the ememy board clean while doing it.
Dark Souls 3. Just like every night since April 12th.
And when I finish that game, a whole lot of midrange shaman and value mage.
Haha same. Dark Souls is my priority right now. Although I'll probably still open some packs to see what I'll be playing with after I finish Dark Souls.
Happy to see that there are some fellow dark souls players here ! cheers
