Should anyone have any doubts regarding crafting [card]Patches the Pirate[/card] I think it's really worth it.
It gives you a huge advantage if you can play a pirate turn 1
It makes your deck more consistent, because you basically have 29 cards
If you play 3 other pirates, the odds are pretty high that you will not draw Patches
It's played in many decks (Pirates Warrior, Miracle Rogue, Aggro Shaman)
I tried this deck and it's pretty neat. So far I'm dominating the meta. The only thing I'm having trouble against are Pirates Warriors (when they get a good draw) and Renolock (pretty much destroys any aggro at the moment).
- it synergizes pretty well with UTH (Turn 7, instead of Turn 5) - taunts (Also note Snapjaw and Houndmaster + any beast) also provide more protection for cult master to stay alive - apart from the loot hoarders: cult master is the only card draw we have (you might also add another one) - you can play many minions early, and on turn 4 you can play cult master and let them getting killed (haunted creeper, web spinner, etc.)

I replaced loatheb with harrison jones, cause I've met many aggro shamans.

Suggested change:
-1 zombie chow
+1 haunted creeper
=> Haunted creeper profits from a lot of cards (Knife Juggler, Avenge, Competitive spirit, etc. etc.) :-)

Zombie Chow also synergizes well with Undertaker.
It's also nice to survive early game against Zoo and Hunter.
