stop cringing.... it is only the second day. the first day, people didnt know how to counter shutterwack, then they found out, the deck became useless, now it is odd pally, people will find a way to counter it. wait till the meta settle down to start complaining about it
so.... I was playing a lot of mill rogue with The Darkness in the deck. After hitting Valeera the Hollow I often play two darknes in a row, so the opponent trigger both real fast, cause they will have double the amount of candles in their decks (1 candle is enough to trigger both minions).
i find it really funny, and i laugh a lot when it happens, so, i accept all the requests. once, a dude even found me on facebook, just to swear a little bit more
(i'm hot hiding his name, cause it is a fake facebook account tho)
I have the Golden portrait for the Warlock hero only, but I have 440 wins with Warrior, and around 300~400 with Priest and Shaman. 200 with Hunter, 100 with Rogue and Mage and 50- for Druid and Paladin. Still a long way to go....
I feel like this deck lacks of burst. Many times I have a full board with small minions and just can't finish off the opponent. Bloodlust seems to be a card that can be inserted to the deck to fix this problem, but the decks also seems to be too tight. I think maybe one copy of Flametongue Totem can be removed. What do you guys think?
Hi guys. After Reno Jackson leaves standard mode will it be the end of this archetype?
In my opinion, none of the cards left (Kazakus, Raza the Chained, Inkmaster Solia, [card]Krul the Unshackled[/card]) are strong enough to make a highlander deck viable. You limit too much your deck by building it with only one copy of a card. Also they are not avaliable to every class, so this kinda limits even more.
Maybe Raza the Chained can see some play because of the new legendary Priest card Amara, Warden of Hope, but by building the highlander archetype will make the quest even harder.
Do you guys think Blizzard will invest a little more in highlander cards?
It is sadly too late. I don't like them moving any of the cards to Hall of Fame either, but if I have to choose a card to be sent to classic set, I rather pick Reno Jackson. It is the only reason people would even run a highlander deck, it will automatically kill this archetype... RIP Kazakus, Raza the Chained, Inkmaster Solia and [card]Krul the Unshackled[/card] (never see play on this last one)
I know Spirit Claws is nerfed, but isn't really worth playing with it? It can help killing the nerfed STB, also with Bloodmage Thalnos, it can kill more bigger stuff or even SMORC

is it worth it to play this deck without the glass knight?

does not make sense.... you can still find who's revealing by simply clicking in the card you desire in the revealing schedule page (https://www.hearthpwn.com/news/4475-the-witchwood-week-1-2-card-reveal-schedule) the annoying part is to look for this page every time....

Silver Hand Recruit
I'm not forgotten over time (pally was a not usable class from old gods until un'goro release),
And in shadows I cannot hide (Stand Against Darkness reference),
But when the bell tolls, my duty, it calls ("Reporting for duty!" - reference to Warcraft game),
And for the cause I'll give my life (Uther's loyal soldier).
