Tinkmaster really have zero potential. But I agree that you should dust legendaries only when you will use the dust. Also,  you don´t  need to craft legendar to advance in ranked games,  my best decks rely more in common and rares, you can make tons of good decks without leg. BUT if you doesn´t want fun, rank, go face, dude :P
