I'm stuck. I don't play arena much so I don't know what values more. I'm leaning towards Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound because i only have 3 spells in the deck that Ateish could proc (9 possible spells with Book, spellslinger, etc) and even just getting a 10/10 and a 4/4 is good. But Ysera is really good because it generates so much value.
I've tried both Scarab and Imp Gang boss, and honestly, Scarab loses value when you get a shitty card that has no synergy with the deck. Plus the fact that it's a 1/1 just makes it even worse. Imp gang boss just fits the curve and just flows with the deck much better so you don't have to rely on the slim chance to get something good.
This deck is the most fun I've had on hearthstone in a LONG time! My god it's the most satisfying thing when you play Reno against a face hunter while they just poured everything they had on getting you to 5 hp, then watching them surrender!
As for win rate, it's off the charts. Before I made this deck, I was at rank 15. Afterwards in 2 hours, I got to rank 7 while losing minimal games. The only games I HATE are the control warrior matchup, it's just sooooo boring knowing you are going to fatigue 90% of the time you see a Warrior. Also I still have yet to play Deathwing in any other matchup besides Warrior because most of the time when I have him, it's just better not to play him and lose the card advantage knowing they might have some form of removal, so I'm thinking about replacing him for Alex. Thoughts?
Otherwise, Great deck, +1 and recommending to everyone I know that can craft it!
I really hope people keep playing this deck because it's pretty bad. I have won every single game I've played against it and I've seen it around 10-11 times now.
I like everything EXCEPT for the ironbeak removals. If you are against miracle rogue and don't have ironbeaks, your chances of winning have decreased. Against miracle you want early pressure right? Silencing that ancient watcher early on is a great way to bait early sap, shiv/eviserate, etc, and also great for silencing VanQueef to trade minions if you don't always have siphon. Also most miracle players will play him early on before he's in range of siphon anyway and that will be a problem.
Now that being said, I WILL try this deck as is and if I find the ironbeak removal to be a good thing, then I'll keep it. If not I'll find something to replace it with and post back here later.
I've been playing this deck a lot, and I run a favorable to close to 50/50 match up with every class except paladin. I have a 54% win rate with the deck, but a 20% win rate against paladin with ten games played against them. I saw that you said paladin was a good match up, but that hasn't been my experience at all. A swamp ooze would be good against quite a few classes, what do you suggest I replace it with?
If you are talking about Shockadin, then I feel your pain. Shockadin wrecks me every damn time I play against it ONLY because of the board clear combined with the aggro deck. Control pally is a different story, I can usually deal with them fairly nicely, also another reason I've added TBK in there for Tirion.
Having MUCH more success with this. TBK is useful against any deck you play against sub-10 rank and you NEED it against handlock or your win rate drops below 50% against it. Plus we have plenty of draw and cycle in the deck anyway, so removing 1 drake won't make that huge of a difference but adding TBK will help you immensely. The thing that really grinds my gears is when I'm in a mirror match and I get TBK'd but I don't have one for myself :(.
Strangely enough it seems like a new person feel the need to post the same combos every day. The amount of "how to duplicate Cairne" posts we have had the last month is just silly.
I'm sorry I have a full time job and don't have enough time to be on the forums 24/7. I was asking the community a simple question and all you had to do was give a legitimate response, not explain how many posts there are on the forums about it, which frankly, I don't think anyone cares about.
So say you had a Baron Rivendare (makes all deathrattles trigger twice) on the board from the previous turn and next turn you have 10 mana to spend. You play a Cairne Bloodhoof, give it Ancestral Spirit, then use the Reincarnation (destroy a minion and return it to life with full health) on it. Would it then summon 3 Cairne Bloodhoof (2 from Ancestral Spirit and 1 from the Reincarnation) and 2 Baine Bloodhoof? I might be wrong but it looks right on paper.
If you were to switch from the American server to say the Asia server, played a few games on there, then went back to America, would your progress and collection still be there on the American server?
I suppose it depends on your meta and rank. Generally Baron Geddon is strongest against aggro, and this deck already has an advantage in that category. Between the Doomsayers, Blizzards, and Flamestrike, there are plenty of answers. I would almost think that Baron Geddon would be unecessary. What were your thoughts?
I was thinking about replacing one of the Doomsayers with him. I know how big Blizzard can be in this deck so I can't replace that but I have been running into a ton of shamans, aggro pallys mages and warlocks recently, especially since they are spotlighting a lot of easy cheap decks on here now. I will try it in the deck when I have time I suppose and see how it works.

Do you guys think Blizz will include the free packs and quests for packs in this expansion like they did with WoTOG?
There was one for win 3 games get 5 packs, and another one for win 7 get 3, or something along that measure.
I kinda hope they do because I only have around 2k gold saved :s.

I drafted a somewhat decent deck in arena and this was my last draft.
Medivh, the Guardian Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound Ysera

Removed 1x Azure Drake replaced with The Black Knight.

What does an ideal mulligan look like for this deck?

What do you think about baron geddon in this deck?
