Slow? 7/7 turn 4 (3 with coin) is slow? What hell is fast then? 9/9 for 2 manas? No place in constructed? I see this card in every one shaman deck I play.
Hunter have a very bad time vs zoo but is hard to any C'Thun or heavy control deck beat the high valor you get with Princess, Savanna and Call.
Shaman is hard to beat by any deck right now, almost invincible with a good starting hand, the problem is the hammer, you don't use a lot of tech cards vs weapons because cost much slot in deck, is only Harrison or maybe one 3/2, and if you don't destroy the weapon in your next turn cost the game.
I play Magic since 1997, it is a very long time, HS for me is far better because of mana system, how many horrible games you play in magic only because you not draw more lands after start with a decent first hand? How many games you lost because draw four or five lands in late game?
And for the final argument, HS never be a "pay-to-win" card game, I am a brazilian, have a time in the past where we only can get Magic cards from a terrible and monopolized store, the top cards for standard are absurd expensive and who don't have a lot of money to expand with a card game never have a competitive deck, with HS, a game I never need to spend a cent, I have the oportunity to have any card.
I try enough of this card to know now, you trade tempo for resources, a huge tempo loss for a lot of resources, for me the best combination is run a lot of cheap spells and minions with 26 slots of deck, you can fight for the board with that and 4 slots is 2 this card and 2 Conjurer, you never run out of cards and the low cost of the others spells helps a lot in tempo.
OP don't is because don't play alone with absurd valor, you need combinations and in most games the opponent have the chance to answer before you make a huge impact.
OP is MC, Dr.7 and Shredder, cards should never to be printed or a least received a nerf soon enough.
I think this one is overrated. Good luck playing it on turn 10, too late..
Turn 10, play this and idol, discover a big minion and a spell, with the spell gain 4 attack remove a opponent minion and gain 8 armor.
Too late? Really?
Maybe you say this is the best case scenario, if the case you wrong, the best scenario is idol as a option from spell with make a 3 card advantage in your choice between 3 option each.
This card is meta-defining, all druid in standard will run this card, maybe in wild.
This is a really fun card, but kinda unreliable. You can't just play a deck around it.
I think you can run 2 of this card and a lot of conditional warlock cards like dark pact,, mortail coil, cause 4 in a minion, etc..., use they useful in the match your playing and play 1 of this card, after using your hero power sometimes for card draw engine, and after that you replace the hero power in a moment it causes more bad than good and all conditional cards for random ones but the mana reduce make they a lot better, fireball for 3 manas or a conjurer for 4 is very good.
NOW! You CAN Fireball yourself and get 5/4 for 5 mana - Value !
Please, get it right, it's Lava Burst yourself. Because, you know, Overload.
Actually, best result might be Elemental Destruction. You lose your turn 5, then you lose your turn 6, then you probably lose your turn 7 as well, on account of a serious case of being dead.
This card actually casts the spell so you will not be overloaded.
On top of that if it functions like Yogg-Saron then all AoE damage spells are cast on your opponent, not on you. This was confirmed by their twitch account, making this card slightly less self destructive and making elemental destruction one of the best things this card could do for you . You're still at risk of a fireball to your face though.
I think the benefits overpower the risks, any draw engine and this guy can win the game for you.

I build a druid deck with this card, hit rank 2, is very unlike to leave a board in disavantage for you because:
1- All secrets is for you.
2- Mass removal take all minions or enemy minions.
3- Draw cards is for you.
4- A massive random spells clear the board, this card included, this is the only standard card can clear a board with deathrattle minions.
After many games only 2 times the outcome are bad for me.

Works for me, first time I get rank 2.
