I got Balinda when I was only 2 legendaries away from getting the diamond one from achievements. Feels bad.

Ophion-EU posted a message on Fireside Gatherings is Live - Enjoy Your Early Pack Openings!Posted in: News5 legendaries and 20 epics in 87 packs, aight, that's about average. The golden packs were disappointing though, only one epic.
Time to grind arena to be ready for release day!

xskarma posted a message on Share Your Voyage to the Sunken City Pack Opening Screenshots & Results!Posted in: General DiscussionGot VERY lucky.
Nothing in my golden packs (5 rares and 20 commons) but then 10 legendaries (1 gold) on my remaining 142 packs. That's 1 legendary on every 14.7 packs, which is WAY below the supposed average of 1 in 20.
Helped that I got 1 pack with 2 legendaries. Only second time that's ever happened to me, and I have played pretty consistently since Beta.

xskarma posted a message on Fireside Gatherings is Live - Enjoy Your Early Pack Openings!Posted in: NewsI started with my Golden packs going 5 rares and 20 commons, so worried for a bit I was in for a terrible pack opening, but then the other 142 packs more than made up for it.
10 legendaries (1 gold) and 28 epics in total, for an amazing 14.7 packs per legendary.
Helped that near the end I got my second ever 2 Legendary pack, but this was a lucky opening regardless.
Hope y'all have as much luck as I did. :)

SirJohn13 posted a message on Share Your Voyage to the Sunken City Pack Opening Screenshots & Results!Posted in: General Discussion1 golden legendary from the 5 golden packs
5 legendaries from the 82 (the 1 where from twitch drops) regular packs
So overall fairly happy. Will buy 50-100 more packs with gold on release day...

ALLUSERNAMESTAKEN posted a message on Share Your Voyage to the Sunken City Pack Opening Screenshots & Results!Posted in: General DiscussionMy pack openings have been horrific for years…until now.
85 packs (7 legendaries)
So in total 11 legendaries. (2 free Golden, free blade master okani, and free Golden faelin)
I am tempted to purchase the other smaller bundle, but I don’t want to press my luck lol
I have about 10k in gold (I play a ton). I’ll use those next week.

Congrats! well done.
Wild is great,
I highly recommend to try "double legend" standard + Wild after the miniset (or new expansion) release.
Also classic format is great too (miracle Rogue!)

I have seen at Twich Orange_hs plays Pirate warrior, you can check his stream history for some guidance,
The deck win rate is about 50/50 vs Quest Mage (at high ranks)

Wild is a great format,
I find myself play more wild and much less standard, there is variety.

main problem is the animation time when opponent plays "miracle/apm" turns
its queuing into very long turn time as opponent overrides your turn or you need to watch few minute of animation until realize you already dead.

- Paladin got major hit, I think its inferior now compared to other mid/aggro like Hunter and Shaman.
- Flow at 3 is a hit but maybe not sufficient, the entire archetype is too much high-roll (early flow) and no alternative viable options for mage
- Shaman is the winner, Granite nerf should have been to 5 mana. this card encourages high-roll (early draw) style deck which is very bad design.

its feels stronger from classic handlock since you cheat mana so fast that you can pull giants for 0 and play a disruption card (like Loatheb or cult neophyte) on the same turn and lock your opponent out of the game.
its hard to master in order to get high win rate, you need to practice and plan ahead your Glare turns, and also know whats the expected answer by opponent and if need to plan a giants turn combined with Lotheb to prevent AOE.
its very good in high ranks because its good match vs popular Reno priest

most players cant craft strong decks at will because of a limited collection,
hsreplay.net can provide immediate answer based on other players experience.

- you Can add Vectus for more primes instead of the clunky Brewmasters
- I would replaces some of the non meta cards with Soul shard package.
- Hand of Gul'dan and Nightshade Matron. package seems not consistent (Marton can discard the Primes), so better just include backfire to draw 3 cards for 3 mana.

Pirate warrior,
and the Omega assembly boom/mech fatigue warrior (40 minute games)
