Two points off of this: i) I think you lowballed the average for the Questing Adventurer since they will minmax and reroll 50g quests as much as possible and they will occasionally get friend quests or 100g quests. I think using 60g is a better figure for this purpose. ii) 3 packs at the beginning and a legendary that are frontloaded into the new system used to be given as part of a new expansion launching anyways, now they're baked into the system. So you could subtract their value or add it to the old system total whichever you prefer.
Thanks for the breakdown, but I personally can only see this system as worse. The devs said you wouldn't receive less gold and packs but they've finagled it so you receive a similar value but with less choice and receiving it solely as gold is defintiely better, bar maybe the legendary and epic. I think time will tell how good the system is but I see a lot of people faring worse since some of the weekly quests require you to get 4 wins in an Arena run which players either won't bother with or won't succeed in doing on their first try, thus reducing their net gold. This system isn't an improvement, it's a sidegrade that only improves Bli$$ard's bottom line with the Tavern Pass. They might tweak things a lil due to the outrage but I can't see anything positive coming out of this.

Right now is the worst time with 6 sets in standard. The rotation with the expansion in april would be perfect.
Maybe Arena or Battlegrounds would be better until the rotation. But if you really want to, wait for cheap decks which will rise in DoD

Zeph has a problem with 0 attack minions, thought they allready fixed this

Or buy it with Amazon coins and get 100€ worth of coins for 82€, which will get you the big bundle and the single player content.

"Targets are random"? Shouldn't this read "Targets chosen randomly"? Will we ever have consistent wording in Hearthstone?

Why are people allways misusing the term P2W? Do you know what it means if something is P2W? It means people who pay have an advantage in gameplay against F2P players. Like items that boost your character stats which is only available by buying for real money.
A F2P player can get the same deck as a paying player. There is no limitation. It would be P2W if you could buy something like a Prince Keleseth buff for 1$ a game or something like this.
The only fitting categorie for Hearthstone would be P2P, since there is almost no way for a F2P player to have access to all the cards and with this all decks.

First time i really sat down and calculated it.
Should be ~945€.... holy crap I didn't expact that. Only bought pre orders (all of them, in case of 2 different pre orders the more expensive one) and all the bundles. There were some packs I bought in GvG and some additional packs I bought in MSoG.
I need to digest this .....

Which only works if he doesn't have normal versions of the cards which I doubt. Where have been so many posts explaining this for years by now. Read up there. If you have normal versions of them you gain nothing by crafting and the DE the golden version. Because you won't get the dust from your normal version.

Why do we have to explain this every year ._.

Ashmore also draws Deathrattle you know? So with the Loot Hoarder it also has 4 targets.
EDIT: Whoops, that should have been under your Ashmore bash above xD
