I would recommend Shudderwock if you like OTK and Combo decks. I play the version Kripp invented (without Lifedrinker) and I love the deck. Got around 50% Winrate against Odd Pala. overall I am around 55% Winrate in Legend and rank 5-1. So it's not like the deck is not competitive. But from rank 3 on I played Mind blas Priest, since it's a real big grind with such a slow deck with such small winrate. Good thing is, that almost every taunt druids a free win with Hex.
Don't call paying players "PayWin" if you please. They make the game available for F2Players.
Well, technically they are pay to win. Would you rather they be called pay to lose?
Well, « technically » they are different people, therefore spending money for different reasons. When I first reached Legend I had only bought Naxx with real money. I had promised myself not to go further but I « rewarded » myself with a few packs on that occasion, to get more diversity. Since then I’ve spent much more because I’ve become addicted and maintain a complete collection, which allows me to play some meme (Wild) decks whenever I’m tired of playing/facing the same five (Standard) decks.
So « technically », I’m pay to fun, but thanks for being technical.
I agree on the fact that P2W players make the game what it is, but the general term for "people that spend money on the game through microtransactions either for fun or for winning", IS pay to win. Sorry if you thought I was being bitchy, but I'd think that people rather read "P2W" than "people that spend money on the game through microtransactions either for fun or for winning".
This seems to be a common misconception which originated from salty F2P players, but there are no P2W players in Hearthstone. Simple reason: P2W by definition means, that you can get an advantage over F2P players with money, which the F2P player can't compensate for with time/grind. Something like you pay 5 dollars per game to allways get a 1, 2 and 3 mana cost card in your mulligan at the start of the game would be P2W. If Time=Money, your game is not P2W. How about the term "paying players"? Not that long and way more fitting.
I am tinkering around with Shudderwock OTK at the moment and I am sorry about it. But I just love this card. When I tried Kripps version of it which includes Brrrloc, I discovered that Brrrloc effect from Shudderwock freezes allready frozen targets while other unfrozen targets still exists. If I remember correctly (might be wrong about this), there was a change to Demented Frostcaller once, because he would exactly do this. They changed him (not the text, just how it worked) so that he wouldn't freeze unfrozen targets. If I am correct about this, then shouldn't Shudderwock with Brrrloc work the same? Freeze an enemy + Targets choosen randomly should be equivalent to freeze a random enemy character, or not? I just hope I remember this correct with Demented Frostcaller, if not my thread is pointless.
Probably Gluttonous Ooze. The second weapon removal is what makes this deck more consistent against cube lock. And Gluttonous should be good against Pala and Hunter.
Really love this deck, reached legend with it from rank 3 with 19-7 (73%) I changed 1 Psychic Scream for Mossy Horror. Really consistent deck. The best thing is, that there isn't really an unwinable matchup. You allways have a fair chance, except for Hadronox druid, no chance there.
I could finally redeem myself by reaching Legend with Control Priest. My first and only time until now was way back in 2015 with Aggro Shaman in it's prime. I really wanted to reach it so I sold my soul. If I remember correctly, I even made my account here the day I became Legend. Feels really good to to finally have this taint off my Legend card back.
Just beat a Tempo Rogue who double shadowstepped Keleseth T2 with Shudderwock Shaman. Made a small misplay in the middle which costed me 4 life and I my opponent was 1 off lethal at the end. Finished with Shudderwock for just 3 dmg.
I will probably go with a golden Hagatha the Witch. I love golden heroes and golden cards which create more golden cards are allways the best value. I am still considering a golden Deathstalker Rexxar, since he is the only other golden cards generating deathknight I am missing, I love my golden Jaina and Uther. Probably depends if control hunter can finally take of with all this removals it got in Witchwood.

how about adding the worth in dollar to the table with current exchange rate? Would be interesting to compare

If anyone was wondering (like me) how the taverns of time event changes the stakes:
We got 6 new 60 gold and 4 new 60+ gold quests (3x 80 and 1x 100)
((50*47)+(60*24)+(4*80)+(100*7))/82 = (2350+1440+320+700)/82 = 58,66
The avarage is now 58,66 gold, so you will still lose 1,34 gold on average if you reroll a 60 gold quests.
But the dust you can get with the event quests is well worth the risk of losing 1,34 gold.
The chance for an event quest, if they are just in the normal quest pool is 12,19%

In Odd Warrior without Execute this card will be an auto include.

Substitute for Execute in Odd Warrior. I like it.
