Both sides need to buff the legendary minion that can get a divine shield when it receives spells(I forget the name). Get minions on the board helps too to suck up damage.
Mostly, you need luck in finding a random person who gets the idea too.

I did not realize the amount of answers possible until I really went through all the possible answers (and it surprised me too). Purify is not one of the answers, as that would require 3 changes. Blessing of Wisdom is a really interesting one and I can definitely see the changes: 1) Replacing "silence" with "choose" and 2) Replacing "your opponent" with "whenever it attacks", which is somewhat farfetched, but it looks like it counts, since it can only be achieved through 1 step. In this case, replacing would not constitute removing+adding, as just removing alone doesn't provide a valid card.
The clause "Silence a minion" consists of two parts: "silence" and "a minion". Replacing either of them (e.g. "destroy" instead of "silence") is a valid step, thus a change, whereas removing one of them would leave you with "Silence" or "A minion" as the remaining card text. That is not valid, so it's not a change; removing the entire clause is valid though. A change is a valid step that ends in a valid result.
That said, I now realize my puzzle IS broken. For some reason, I thought there would a difference between Hunter's Mark/Humility (the two answers I had in mind) and a card like Blessing of Might or Hand of Protection, which affects a minion too and replaces the silence aspect with an effect that cannot be dissected from the perspective of adding it in its entirety. After all, you can't say "Change a minion's Attack" or just "Change a minion" (or "Give a minion Attack" when talking BoM). Those changes are exactly the same and the difference between Hunter's Mark and Humility only comes into play when either the Attack or Health were already integrated in the puzzle at the start, from where a change is actually needed.
Keeping such puzzles completely airtight has always been one of the harder parts of this thread which makes it interesting. But missteps always have lessons attached and if there's one thing to learn, it's that generic effects and alot of changes are discouraged just because they are very hard to completely seal off and make sure there are no loopholes.

Next: 2 mana, 2 / 2. Your minions cost 1 less.

@rainaku
I made the proposed poll. Of course it's totally unbiased.
In all seriousness, I think Reno Jackson is maybe the only true candidate to be put in the Standard set if it had to be done.
Neutral
Awesome and unique effect
Legendary
CharismaticRich
Decks built around it often require more skill than the average deck
Belong to the, I believe, most appreciated set released so far
…
That's why Morkimus I think you're maybe a little bit wrong even if i clearly see the point you're making and partially agree with it.

The difference is that Reno is a neutral card. Every class can benefit from it.

I love how this came up right after someone made a tread about removing it! :D

Quote from BashingTwan>>for the second one: Blingtron i guess, which does not have the divine shield?
It appears like this is the answer, though it mechanically wouldn't be entirely correct. Remember, 5 mana 3/4 mech is also a possiblity, so removing+adding text (ergo "replacing") shouldn't be considered 1 change, because of it having 2 steps. But I can see why they thought of it this way.
next: 10 Mana 4/12 Spellpower +1

I think Auchenai Soulpriest has a better body.

Doomguard is riskier because of the loss of cards. It'd be difficult to combine, say, two Power Overwhelming with the Doomguard if you only have fewer than five cards in your hand.
