Also, with the amount of priests on ladder and especially dragon priest ( running 2 dragonfire potion ) I think 2 scalebanes are needed .

Velen is much more important . So I would craft that .

There are versions that do not run Elise so if you don't have her I would spend my dust on Velen first .

I agree with you . I have had more success with the deck after removing Mind Blast.

I might also be new to the deck and not having that card in my deck makes it easier to pilot . Either way I am still winning more without it .

If you play the N'zoth variant and feel like you need Raza to win, which means you rely on Anduin as your win condition then maybe this list isn't working out for you .

If you play the deathrattle package you run it as an alternate win condition .

Have you tried to run the cycle package instead ? This might allow you to draw Raza and Anduin more often .

I think you simply need to play the deck more . 

When I started playing the deck at around rank 7 I could barely reach a 50% winrate . 

I have now climbed up to rank 2 . At first the deck felt weird and I didn't see the proper plays . It's starting to feel easier to read my hand and see what the plays are .

I never used priest before now and I think it's simply a matter of putting in the number of games .

Velen is incredibly strong to end games out of nowhere or also games that you had no business winning .

If you are playing razakus priest I think you need to consider how strong the draw 2 on the 5 mana potion is. Most razakus deck run a cycle engine to get to their win conditions and kazakus helps doing this too . Reviving two bodies draw 2 is also a very strong potion .

It depends on what you are facing and what other cards you have in hand . 

I would say I rarely keep questing adventurer in starter hand unless I have all other cards I need .

I think a general rule of thumb however is to keep Edwin VanCleef when you are going second and have the coin .

Don't bother , they have shown time and time again they can't balance their game . What you propose is very fair but it will not happen .

Warrior is supposed to be the best weapon class and now they went from having the best weapon to having the worst 3 mana weapon .

They gut cards, they don't adjust them . 

Another example would be ancient of lore who at 1 card drawn should cost 6 mana , it would make it more in line with azure drake . Of course azure drake is now HoF but AoL is a class card .

I've never read so much stupid in one thread . The guy says to nerf swipe and then suggest to play pirate warrior . That has to be some next level troll .

Druid are forced to play swipe but it isn't a very effective aoe . Then you get the other guy that says swipe is used for face damage MOST of the time. We all know it's the other way around buddy .

I think that spreading plague might need to cost 6 mana, this at least gives large aggro board another turn . Innervate should stay as his otherwise the class will die .

As for UI , it should draw 4 imo, and then at this point I guess it should all drop to 4 .

Why would you go large on the board when you KNOW that you are playing against token druid and their turn 9 combo is exactly spreading plague and strongshell scavenger ? 

Unless you explain the state of the board the previous turn you most likely played yourself into this scenario and paid for the misplay .
