You don't know what you're talking about or you're playing against bad hunters. This deck has like a 15-20% win rate against hunters. I've played probably 100 games with this deck in ranks 1-5 and this deck is strong against pretty much every deck on ladder but it's basically insta concede against hunter.
This deck has a 70% win rate as long as you don't face hunters. This deck has about a 15% win rate against hunters in my experience. (Fluctuating between rank 1 and rank 4)
Do not play this deck if you're seeing hunters on ladder.
Two giants can either be great or so clunky in your hand that they instantly lose you the game. Leeroy + Cold Blood is a tried and true staple finisher in miracle. I can't tell you how many games wouldn't have been possible to win without Leeroy.
Thalnos is almost irreplaceable as well, considering the number of cheap damage spells that are in the deck.
I assure you, once the deck is refined, Moroes will be removed. I was watching the stream while Dog took the deck to 1 Legend, and even he has said it's a win more card, and the deck and the quest isn't even that good. Just because he had the card in his deck doesn't make it good or competitively viable.
Give it a week or two. Moroes will be removed from the list.
I played around 450 games of water rogue in the last two months and I've gotta say that water rogue in Un'goro is probably going to be a tier 1 deck... IF it manages to survive losing the 2x Azure Drakes. Some type of card draw needs to fill the void that's been left in the deck. This deck looks pretty solid for the most part. I'd probably change 3 or 4 cards but this deck could definitely work.
2x Fire Fly but no Igneous Elemental? The 1/2 Elementals will most likely be the card that completes the quest.
Golakka Crawler is wasting absolutely vital space in this deck considering it'll be a dead card in almost every matchup.
Only 1 Preparation in a deck with Thistle Tea and 2 Mimic Pods? If I ever ran a Thistle Tea I would think it's absolutely mandatory to run 2 Preparations because there's no way I'm ever casting a 6 mana Novice Engineer with a battlecry that reads "this minion dies". Thistle Tea is literally only playable if it's for 3 mana or less.
Undercity Huckster ... dead draw. Replace with Novice Engineer. Why do you want cards with Deathrattle in a deck whose win condition relies on bouncing minions back into your hand? Battlecry > Deathrattle for this archetype.
I've posted my own theorycraft rogue quest deck... but I still can't really tell if these decks are going to meme tier bad or not.
DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT EVER CRAFT MOROES. If you want a win condition in a post-quest rogue deck, play 1 mana charge minions. Moroes is worse than unplayable.
Take my word for it. Quote me, screenshot me, do whatever it takes. Moroes does not belong in quest rogue decks, and if he ever sees play in a competitive, legend capable Rogue deck I will print a screenshot of this post and eat it.
I promise you, Moroes is absolute garbage and doesn't belong in rogue decks. Anyone that puts him in a rogue quest deck simply doesn't understand Hearthstone at a basic level.
After seeing 2 Thistle Tea and only 1 Preparation I seriously had to check if Trump actually made this deck. Had it not been him I would legitimately question whether or not the deck's creator had ever played Rogue in constructed. This deck is laughably bad.
If you play 2 Thistle Tea, 2 Mimic Pod and only 1 Preparation, you don't understand the basic idea of Rogue. Rogue is not a class that can afford to spend 6 mana and do literally nothing.
Also, the fact that Moroes is in this joke of deck just sends this deck from absolutely terrible into troll status. Anyone that thinks Moroes belongs in rogue quest decks simply doesn't understand Hearthstone.
I've seen over 10 theorycraft decks, yours being light years worse than the rest I've seen, and no thanks. I'll pass on watching a no name streamer lose games with an awful deck.
This deck isn't going to work for so many different reasons. There's a few good ideas in your deck, but it's trying to do too much, and even if it succeeds, your minions are so extremely weak that making them 5/5s isn't going to matter. You're looking for N'zoth to be your only win condition because most of your other minions will just be vanilla 5/5s with no charge, no real board impact, and no effect.
Moroes and Sergeant Sally will be literal trash tier draws that sit in your hand the entire game 75% of the time. If you do happen to draw them later in the game, you've got to pray that you've already completed your quest, which isn't very likely because you've only got 4 minions that ideally complete your quest. If you don't draw a precise combination of cards, you're not going to complete your quest with 1/2 elementals which means you'll be trying to bounce back other minions into your hand which will be inefficient because half of the minions in this deck are god awful and have either situational battlecries or they're deathrattle minions.
Situational cards such as Moroes, Barnes, and Sally are only good if they're okay to be played without ideal circumstances. Barnes is the only card that fits that requirement. There are just too many super weak cards in this deck for it to ever have a chance at being consistent.

I'm playing an almost identical deck but I've replaced 1 giant for Leeroy Jenkins and replaced Shaku, the Collector for Bloodmage Thalnos

By far the worst concept for the rogue quest I've seen yet. Filling your deck with absolute trash tier minions makes your deck trash tier.
This deck would have a <40% win rate.

Absolutely unnecessary. You don't need a 10 mana 10 damage spell with 2 Flamewakers, Antonidas, and ~20 damage worth of spells.
