No way man. Celestia was a 4 mana 1/1 basically. This is a Yeti with occasional upside. It's like the 75th card you would put in a constructed deck, instead of the last.

Dude, cards have been steadily increasing in power for the entire lifecycle of Hearthstone. And this card is not bad.

I remember in vanilla WoW Paladins often went engineering so they could make a shrink ray trinket for PvP

Because it costs 100% more mana and rarely does more damage. But you would probably play both in a spell damage deck.

The one in the tree is ready to ambush. The one on the ground is... well.. standing his ground, defensively. It makes perfect sense
Though, the fact that they are both cat forms doesn't make as much sense.
Of course you would, it isn't meant to be a replacement for, or equal in value to, card draw.
They clearly belong in very different decks, being 4 mana is irrelevant.
