fuck altruis, the card should absolutely not go face, why the hell did bliz even think that was a good idea. they nerfed blade furry because of that exact reason.
You gotta play a lot. I climbed to legend by playing 122 games with 73 wins and 48 losses. And as you can tell, it took quite some time.
Be patient, don't rush it. I find it hard to get legend every single season, but as i practiced more, i saw myself improving and getting to legend more consistently.
You should try to tech in some cards like acidic swamp ooze if you're facing many hunters and overload shamans. Anticipate their moves, play around certain cards. Try to set up for lethal whenever you can, know when to play certain cards and when not to. There are hundreds of tips that you will learn to pick up as you play more. It's a learning process , so you got to keep a clear mind and not tilt so much.
Just keep playing and you gotta think while you play. I know it sounds stupid, but most people play on auto pilot mode after a few games. Get good with one deck, then just focus on getting good with that deck and don't give up, that's how you get to legend in my opinion.
Oh, and ignore those people who keep saying that being lucky is the only way you can win games. Luck can win you a few games, but it doesn't make you a better player. This game still takes skill and effort, watch how professional streamers play their games, and you'll realize that luck can only take you so far.
What do you think of flame ward and rolling fireball? I'm thinking of adding them since im facing a lot of aggro but im not sure what to swap it out for
Same here, back and forth back and forth never really going anywhere, managed to climb to rank 2 but now I’m back at rank 4, lost 6 games in a row . It’s really getting to me now , sometimes I get so salty and annoyed.
Im using hunter, it’s really one of the best decks out there. I was never a fan , kept bashing hunter for being so brain dead and easy to play but I realised that the deck it really amazing and requires a lot of thinking and anticipation to pilot the deck. Don’t stop grinding man
Man I feel u , I tried using other decks for many many months other than hunter such as dragon control priest, quest warrior , miracle rogue , odd warrior, control and zoo warlock. Then, I switched to hunter and I realised just how amazing it is and how DK rexxar Single handedly carries my to win the game against control decks. It just saves me so much time and wins me games so fast I’m so amazed At it.
I agree with you, every single loss can be so tilting and frustrating. I’ve played like 80 games and only managed to climb like 2 ranks.
The amount of time and concentration and effort required is so high I realised, if you want to make it to legend. Can’t make half ass plays at this rank. I find myself tilting ALOT more, even a single thank you emote can cause me to tilt and lose my focus. But nonetheless , the grind continues
I though I was the only one who finds it hard to climb. Boy do I feel you , I reached rank 2 yesterday, but dropped to rank 4. I lost 6 games in a row and I’m now taking a break from hearthstone. I don’t know why but this meta is honestly hard to climb, not just from 5 to legend. Previously I was also stuck climbing from 10-5.
Hi guys, I've been playing Hearthstone for a few years now and today it's my first time hitting rank 3, and it's my highest rank so far. However, I find it extremely tough to climb the ladder now, going back and forth between rank 3 and 4. Had to grind a lot and took me about 2 weeks to climb from rank 5 to rank 3.
Do you guys find it extremely tough to climb to legend or do you guys find it relatively ok/easy to climb to legend rank? What are your experiences climbing the ladder nowadays, would love to hear your opinions :D

Im 16-6 with this highlander hunter. I climbed from legend 4800 to 2400 with this deck. It seems to be doing quite well

Wouldn't recommend it, too slow against hunter and a bad matchup against rogues.

Yeah, too inconsistent to be a good deck. Shit requires good draw and luck, especially when you're against aggro decks
2
god damn, i went 20-6 last season, climbed to rank 2 with ease. gonna aim for legend this season man

got unlucky when anduin was my bottom last card and lost in mirror match T.T, other than that this deck has been quite good for me
