Corrupted Blood is a very poorly worded card. It gives no indication that you draw another card afterwards (you do), and it might make you think you lose an elixir (you don’t.). Cool card tho. I’m sure there’s a toggwaggle deck for it.

"Literal plagriarism"
I bet you're one of those 'Overwatch vs Paladins' or 'PUBG vs Fortnite' kind of people
I will repeat what the Paladins developers have said,
Games of similar genres are bound to have very similar Heroes/Cards/Weapons etc.
By your logic, Shadowverse actually copied Hearthstone since Hearthstone was released first and they're both card games. Ugh what kind of bs is 'Fanfare'? Huh weird way to spell 'Battlecry'. It are literal plagiarism. "Storm"? OMG Hearthstone did it first! It's called charge! It are literal plagiarism!

I'd like to let you know that this is an indirect powercreep to Open the Waygate.
Put Luna's Pocket Galaxy, Archmage Antonidas, 2x Sorcerer's Apprentice, 2x Molten Reflection, and a general Freeze Mage/Control Mage shell into a deck.
Pocket Galaxy your Antonidas (Apprentices as well for style points), Apprentice #1, Apprentice #2, Reflection, Reflection, ...?, Profit. All for 8 mana (excluding Pocket Galaxy) at most. Throw in Baleful Banker if RNG keeps drawing you Antonidas before Pocket Galaxy.
Compared to a Waygate deck (which hit mid Tier 2 at its best in Tempostorm's lists), A Pocket Galaxy deck would allow for much better flexibility. Quest Mage was never Tier 1 due to how 'narrow' it was. It only had one win condition, which made the deck extremely hard to win with if something went wrong. It was also super vulnerable to Aggro, despite still having Ice Block then. The fact that you needed to fulfill the quest by putting in cards like Cabalist's Tome also hurt the decks flexibility by a ton. This theorized Pocket Galaxy deck only has 6 true combo pieces, so the rest of the deck could be anything. You could throw in The Lich King, Sindragosa, Frost Lich Jaina and so on without worrying about hurting your deck's main combo.

IMO, this card isn't as bad as most people vote it to be. Sure it might only see fringe play in budget decks and maybe some competitive decks due to its abysmal stats, but it's Battlecry is much better than most people might make it out to be. Including the cards revealed so far, 7 out of 9 classes will rarely ever have bad outcomes. Do bear in mind that this is a discover, so a class just needs at least half of the cards to be at least decent in order to have no bad outcomes most of the times.
Edit: Will not be including Wild Cards. There're just so many. TL;DR, worse in Wild for some classes, better in Wild for others.

Larger stats are much less valuable the later the game gets. Assuming each player has 10 mana, a 12/6 is much easier to remove on turn 10 than turn 4. Rogues now have Vilespine Slayer and Assassinate, (in addition to removal cards available before turn 4), Druids now have Swipe + Wrath or something like that, Priests now have Holy Fire + another source of damage, Mages now have Meteor, and so on. Not saying most classes can't deal with a 12/6 on turn 4 the same way they could on turn 10, it's just that they have much more options. TL;DR, this card is perfectly balanced.
