I feel like with ramp and UI after fulfilling quest, this deck could be quite good. However, I don't have the quest, so I can't play it. I was curious though if anyone has tried it, and if it works. I could see it being pretty good actually, if you can fulfill the quest at an early turn, then refill with UI with big free minions (I think this was the actual intention with UI, actually)
just played against my first warrior DK. I just loled with my taunt warrior after finishing quest and just pummeling him while he failed to finish me off because all he could do was swing at my taunts (weakening himself) and eat my fireballs. Oh yeah, he could hurt his own minions too but that didn't help too much...
barely, squeaked out the win, but the DK was really not helping him in that late game. quest > DK imo.
i've had that issue. you need to let the animation play. and THEN there's the choose one. You need the animation to finish, pick the choose one (spiders or scarabs), and THEN play the next card / take the next action. if you click anything else, it cancels and screw s you up. messed up a game for me actually.
I can tell you that the Druid one is pretty good/fun. I think Warlock and Pally will be pretty awesome, personally. Warrior could be good, but I find it boring. Not thinking Hunter will be viable in top tier decks, and I feel meh about Mage. Rogue seems fun too, actually. Priest also seems fun to me. Not sure how viable those two will be, however.
I'd go with the mire keeper. Only played 3 games, but one game the card was useful but not really better than mire keeper would have been. Other two games it was useless. Will make switch and see how it goes.
Also Lich King replacing Ancient of War sounds great, but I don't have it...considering crafting it though...
I'm thinking this could be a way for Hunter to play doomsayer? Turn doomsayer into 0/5 and give him poisonous... Oh yeah and he's 4 Mana...
I don't really see any other potential for this than that, and even then I think this is bad
why in the hell would you want to play it with doomsayer wich already KILLS EVERY SINNGLE MINION without poisonous..............
because now your opponent can't kill doomsayer with their minions
That makes no sense at all.. poisonous only kills something when the poisonous minion deals damage. A poisonous Doomsayer would deal no damage when attacked, so the poisonous would have no effect at all. Also, even if it would: who cares? Surely your opponent would rather trade in his minions and maybe have some left than leave them all to die.
Or were you trolling?
There are perhaps some fringe cases where this would be useful...and so this is pretty impractical and not gonna see play in this way from what I can tell
I don't get it. why am i getting only one attack from a yeti for a card with a pretty huge downside. I don't understand the point...unless its just treachery shenanigans?
Actually I see the Combo perectly. One turn, quest, defile where you have a chain that is at least 6 long. Quest done in one turn. Play the portal next turn. Infinite value. Spend first turns setting up chain, you can make trades to facilitate that as well.

Can see play with treachery in lock, evolve in shaman, or bouncing in rogue
