I Really didn't think this deck was going to work out, but I'm surprised from the few wins I've had out of a handful of games. Definitely sucks when you don't draw your eggs though you're basically screwed. But if you can chain play dead /trigger your eggs it gets real fun real fast
I like the idea and deck in general. But I think some cards can be cut.... Like edwin, not enough low cost cards to take advantage of him. Maybe even the S17s. Seems your trying to retain what works in other rogue decks, without the crucial parts of why they worked(tons of low cost spells). And regarding the no card draw because of grand archivist. 8 turns is a long wait when were relying on the spiders since we have no removal. Maybe a coldlight or two? Not negatively criticizing, just like your deck and would like to make it more viable.
Actually very pleased. Got the last legendaries I was missing for KC and KOTFT. Was missing prince valanar from knights and geosculpter yip from KC. And got a marsh queen hunter quest (which i already DE'd) Happy to complete those 2 sets for 20$ and got 1400 dust and some goldens!
playing a very similar deck without fire flys/ grand archivist/lich king. Really love this style and its a blast spitefulling huge minions. Question is does this deck die with the nerf tomorrow? Losing patches means we can take out the pirate kit which hurts us early game. Creepers essentially useless as well. Those have had big impacts on keeping this deck sustainable vs aggro early on.
Man I've been itching and struggling to get handbuff to work. Sometimes ya crush it sometimes not. I like the spiteful merge w/ handbuff though. and i never considered the jailor. Swapped out one dinosize for a lay on hands as don't have it. I think I would like to get rid of the dragonhawks to acolytes of pain. As those with one buff become beefy 2/4's for 3. Also need some room for wickerflame and maybe a tar creeper. Those things with even just 1 buff become beasts. Maybe when the nerf hits and the creepers come out..
Agreed. Sorry we support you playing this game. You may be too poor, broke or cheap to buy packs and support a game you like to play, but for the rest of us who do spend our hard earned cash on a little more enjoyment for a game we love please do us all a favor and quit bitching! If we didn't support the game, you wouldn't be able to play it! You can get what ...about ~ 5 packs? for free a week. That's awesome! Should have been there in vanilla when you were lucky to get 1-2!
Hell sometimes I accidentally click the premade basic decks and enter into a game with a blizzard premade basic free deck, and I have still won. Instead of complaining and crying maybe try getting better at the game, or go collect some cans to pay for a few packs.
Just curious on why the stonehills? Most folk go stonehill or Tar, you have both. I dont recall any beefy taunts for hunter that we would want off of it?
I like the hallazeal recommendation, which means I can cut healing rain. I also like the crushing hands, but 2 spellstones is too much ive found as i always get stuck with 2 early or the second is just stuck in hand. I also removed the far sight, as I almost always farsight a low cost spell like portal or ancestral. So from your recommendation I've added Hallazeal, and 2x crushing hand. And removed 1x farsight, 1x thing from below, 1X Spell.
Definitely interested in making this deck work as both iterations OPs and your additions have been tons of fun.
No offense but putting 1 arcane anomaly doesn't make it a new archetype. Its still a less viable miracle, a less viable malygos, a less viable tempo. Its less viable anything because you are splitting your decks strengths. With all the razorpetals, shiv and barnes why no malygos? Wouldn't maly over tainted zealot be better, swapping the pods for sinisters? Or for miracle throwing in some cold bloods to get those miraculous turns? There's a lot of clunk that can be cut and replaced with better cards aiming for better synergy violet, Sonya, mimic pods etc But hey if it takes you to legend god bless. Not trying to be a dick, just saying your cutting some major cards that would make miracle or maly viable and replacing them with less efficient cards that don't synergize as well.
They are getting very money hungry with the constant expansion releases. I would prefer 2 adventures and 1 expansion each year, far less cost, doesn't omit so many players as who cant afford 20$ for a game they love, or save the gold up. But Now that they seem to have shifted to 3 major expansions with no adventure this past year, cost wise its getting crazy. I love the game, I've played since vanilla, i love having each card even if i don't use them in my collection and appreciate the art and history as someone who played WoW since beta. They have made some small changes like a guaranteed legendary at xpac launch, and one in your first 10 packs, and it seems the legendary rate has been slightly upped as during TGT / MSoG i got 4 legends from 120 packs. For KotFT and KoC i got about 10-12 legends for 120 packs each. So there has been small changes ,but not enough to make up for the large cost increases to stay relevant and build any deck you want.
