Across 460 games, I'm at 60% with coin, and 57% without. So I don't think it's necessarily that big a deal. Anyway, even if you get some runs where you're mostly second, you'll also get others where you're mostly first.
This smells of poorly made deck advertisement.. And if you're stuck at that rank your win rates wouldn't be anywhere near what you report in that deck description.
I haven't updated the winrates. they have gone down since I posted.
The point of this thread wasn't to advertise my deck even though it may seem like it. I'm even going to delete my deck just to appease you.
I'm not even sure if my deck is legend viable, which would a big bummer if it's not, just a cry of frustration.
Okay, let me give you my advice then.
You're obviously not playing a tier one deck, so you probably won't shoot straight into legend without any resistance. If you want to do that, switch to midrange shaman. But lets assume you don't want to do that. Then accept that there will be, possibly prolonged, periods of standing still or even going backwards. I myself had an 12 loss streak on my way to legend this month, taking me from rank 1 back to rank 4. Do not let that get to you. Take a break (probably a good idea to do that before reaching 12 losses) and keep going.
About your deck. You're not that far off a standard beast druid, which luckily is a relatively cheap deck to make. And the fact that you're more aggressive might even count in your favor. Most players currently do not expect that when facing druids. This should give you an edge. No deck is 100% to reach legend, while most decks has a chance. This one is not an exception. You might get unlucky and not make it, but if you make sure you play your top game all along chances are you will. If not, more chances will come later. possibly with an even better deck.
Also remember that it gets easier later in the season as the better players have reached legend already. At that point you will also get some easier games playing against legend players testing decks and not worrying as much about every play, every turn.

Shamans have a better matchups against zoo now, but since hunters have overtaken warriors as the most played class the last weeks I'd say zoo isn't in a very bad spot anyway. You not getting past rank 16 is more likely due to all the legend and otherwise high ranked players having been dropped down to those ranks.
Dammit I was so close to Legend. Got to final boss 3 times and couldn't win. It's season's end ffs can't rank 3k or 2k just realize they are not getting top 100?
I thought that as well at first, but then I suddenly was in the same situation and thought:
"After all the hard work I put into this, I'm sure as hell not going to give it to him for free."
Still probably play slightly worse in after reaching legend, though (in addition to trying out lots of decks I have no clue how to play).

Against a tier 1 or 2 deck?
Anyway, one game doesn't prove anything. Skill in hearthstone is measured across hundreds of games.

Working makes me a lot more money than grinding. So I'm well prepared :)

I'd add another Mire Keeper. There isn't a direct "replacement", but another Mire Keeper will perform well in the deck.
edit: Or maybe Mulch?

Doomhammer costs 7 mana. Overload isn't free, you know.

Warrior was always favored against zoolock.

I'm very sorry, I've played Shaman today. Preparing for my first tourney, and haven't really tried shaman before..
That said, I believe there were only 15% shamans at the end of last season, so I'm sure it'll cool slightly once the dust of season start settles.
