If you sometimes feel that you are just running in circles, perhaps with the perspective of a new dimension, you might realize the change is occuring there and the circle is actually a spiral spring.

I get what you mean but WHY OH WHY those newer tribes have to be so terrible?
But that's just me and my "old-school" taste. Most people may like them, that's fine.
Like I said, I get it. I miss forcing Pogohopper, relatively simple hero powers, and still don't like Demons. Games were rough back then though. There were times I just didn't want to play it at all. Nowadays, I don't have that feeling.
Besides that, even if there was a way we could all play our favorite version (meta). How would you find 7 other people to play in a relatively short amount of time?

Disagree, unless you're talking about loss much of the suffering people go through in this world is because they find themselves stuck in positions where nothing ever changes.

AndreiLux posted a message on Old version of BattlegroundsPosted in: BattlegroundsI feel the same, I liked old BGs more too, despite some problems corrected by now. I liked how few patterns you had to remember and how low power level was. At some point (probably when quests were introduced) the amount of information and APM required to be competitive became overwhelming, so it was time for me to move on. Blizzard's decision to lock extra slots from F2P players helped a lot. Now I mostly come back only to complete tribe daily quests.

I think the real thing is the time and pain it takes to adjust to a new meta. I know I feel the same thing when it changes. It sucks to lose or feel like you don't know what's going on, but it's temporary.

Is there any way to play the old version of Battlegrounds, I mean those times BEFORE Dragons were added and AFTER Nightmare Amalgam was removed?
The thing is I somehow don't like Dragons, Pirates, Elementals and Quillboars.
I somehow don't like this nowadays-version but maybe that's just me.
