Hey just a quick question, when you click on lunara in the collection what is the song that plays? To my knowledge all the songs in hearthstone come from WoW but I don't recognize this one.
The pally hero power is powerful simply due to the constant pressure it applies. Sure it is easy to deal with a 2/2. However your opponent can never ignore them so long as you are not guaranteed to lose within the next few turns. Not only is it a win condition but it changes the way your opponent needs to play against you.
No it won't be released tomorrow typically it's middle of the month that they release expansions. Blizzard will also reveal the entire expansion card list prior to release. This often occurs with the last 100 or so filler cards announced at the same time. That has to occur before release.
I think that is what I am going to do Vicvii, I am in no drastic need for dust I will probably keep it as an investment for now and if no use comes from it by the time it gets pushed into wild I will have a dust reserve with it to make a legendary in w.e new expansion comes out
Yea I mean i usually value my golden cards and wont DE them unless I will 100% never use the card (I dont care to look at it in my collection) but its looking like this card is a waste of a slot no matter what deck it is in
I am pretty sure I already know the answer to this but I wanted to see if anyone out there can convince me not to do it lol. Does he work in any kind of situation? I personally cant see one that he does. I must say though I pulled him in probably the best 50$ I spent on this game for 40 packs, pulled a golden deathwing, anomalus and a regular Nzoth tho i already have him.
He was getting a lot of hate when first revealed probably due to him being sized up with Varian. His effect isnt flashy but boy does he fit in so well with control/ flamewaker mage. I would dare say he is above Dr. Balance in a mage deck, slower but more value. I have used him as a finisher twice in which I was able to clear the board pop a flamewaker down and pop, 15 dmg to the face. Have an apprentice on the board? free avenging wrath, buff up your mana wraith too 4-3 kindly receive 3 fireballs from Antonidias. I even through saraad into my deck for even more spell synergy. Really glad I opened him in my pre-order packs anyone else having as much success with him as I am?
also got that trifling gnome fizzlebang as well as Rhonin
overall pretty happy had enough dust too craft varian pulled lock n load and lots of hunter beast synergy cards I want too try out. Also pulled enter the Coliseum which will be replacing avenging wrath in my mid range paladin deck.
Honestly I am loving Rhonin I feel so many people were undervaluing him. In a flamewaker deck with antonidas and saraad for extra spells there is so much synergy. I have had 3 games where he was my finisher. emtpy board 3 arcane missile drop flamewaker 15 dmg to the face. Have apprentice down? free avenging wrath. Antonidas 3 fireballs, All those situations together?? GG
I'd say one of the best if not best card we've seen so far. It's a risk u may lose a lot of tempo as it can easily be removed however its worth the risk. If your opponent can't deal with it safe too say your next turn may draw a concede depending on your hand lol
Can't wait too try this card out. I feel like you can get great value with the card, like others have said tho his stats arnt great but when you knock everything else too one attack put up a taunt wall with argus and make great trades.
My argument against it is your paying 7 mana for soft removal and a 3/7. I will definitely give it a shot in my deck however and say if it's worth a slot by how often I get value from it
What a sweet suprise for staying up late lol. Love the new mechanic great way to gain advantage over aggro decks especially the tuskarr jouseter however its still rng, odds are never gaurentees there's always the risk of that zombe chow that evaded your early hand appearing lol.
The mechanic is even themed after the cards as both decks joust it out through a game of "war"
Of course like everything its situational but like others said I feel mind control can just completely turn the game around. I wouldnt go as far to say that priests are as OP as pre nerf rouge but I always get this bad feeling when I see im facing a priest in arena lol. What makes mind control so powerful is the only good way to counteract it is to have board control well established or board removal but even then you are spending a turn and cards on killing your own creature. Sure you can play around and always assume he has a mind control but that makes the card just as powerful as it is acts as a deterent to play your big cards. Just my thoughts
So im having trouble facing against priest in arena. Im starting to get the feeling blizz went over board and made priest OP but maby ive just been having bad luck. For instance just now started arena crafted a very nice paladin deck steam rolled my first 3 opponents then I face a priest and I think to myself well here is my first lost and i was correct lol. Im sure a lot of it is gimicky but between cleric card draw, the two shadow word board control cards, light well, and mind control I just have a terrible time facing priest especially in arena. Even if I have a comfortable board control in the matter of one turn the table can be completely flipped on me. Anyway just want to hear what you guys think and any advice you might have when facing a priest.
Yep, simple things like that can cost you the game. The coin is the most powerful card in the game do not use it unless you know it will grant you an advantage.

Definitely best looking monthly ranked card back. Also contends with pre-order/heroic card backs

Nexus-Champion Saraad first legendary pulled a second one out of gold packs
also got that trifling gnome fizzlebang as well as Rhonin
