Jesus Christ... Stop taking this shit seriously, people. Yeah, he cheated in the past, so what? No one is perfect.
“He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.” ;)
What's the point of having a professional competition if no one is going to take it seriously? I don't even watch the tournaments but I can see the point of banning cheaters from it since it will damage the reputation of the tournament in the long run.
Do you seriously believe Hearthstone tournaments are a professional competition??? That's funny bro, really funny.
I would absolutely assume it is to those who follow them. Letting a known cheater into the tournament might change their view of it though.

Shrine's HP is inversely proportional to how powerful Blizzard deems its effect to be, and they do a lot more testing than you do in your 1-2 runs. The 2 HP for current week's Rogue Shrine is a pretty strong indicator of its power, and 3rd party sources agree about its power level as well: https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/guides/rumble-run-best-shrines/. I agree with that assessment as well, it provides tempo while also derailing opponent's deck. The power level of the double-spell-cast shrine you seem to fond of on the other hand is situational at best, you need spells in your hand that benefit from being cast twice (and many rogue spells don't - Sap, Vanish, Walk the Plank, Shadowstep, Preparation, etc.)
Actually, Preparation cast with the shrine discounts for 6 since it's not you who casts the second copy.
Well if Blizzard made their own ingame deck tracker, I would certainly use it. I play almost exclusively on mobile these days and Arcane Tracker's functionality is fairly limited compared to HDT on PC, so I imagine it wouldn't be that hard to at least match it.

Almost 10k in ladder, a lot less in arena.

According to my readings, hype levels seem normal and are not deviating substantially from average values.

Buy them better internet.

Giving away all cards in the game for $10 sounds very unrealistic, but maybe it could give you a full deck every month or something.
