AFK Priest sounds like a fun name for the deck, not sure why people are downvoting.

Shroudb posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueMostly draw/defensive stuff.
As an example, and to utilise new cards:
Removing the 3/5 dragon and the auctioneers as well (since without the 3 coin minion there is no point of going Auctioneer)
I would go with a small Dragon theme running big whelps (draw), rogue breath (draw), Elusive wyrm (removal), another dragon to reach critical mass (the 4 cost Elusive, fairy, or something cheap like that), the "better SI" that requires dragons (removal/early board) and etc.
So, the core would still be the base Tog package, with added Maly and shuffle for finisher, and utilise dragons and Dragon synergies (alongside cards like the new faceless), for early tempo/board control and for draw.
----
A different route would be to go more defensive with deathrattles rather than the more tempo oriented dragon approach. With running double applebaum and khartuts, and going with the new apothecaries to tutor them and get extra healing and draw, add in something simple like Thalnos which is still an OK result from apothecaries alongside regular combo rogue cards that work with him like shivs.

Michalos48 posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueNot sure if anyone has mentioned it yet but it's technically TTK not OTK, right?
However great deck and as you have already found out it inspired me to make my Mecha'thun Rogue, because quite a lot of cards are identical with a similar playstyle, only the wincondition is different, of course. :D

Pizzacats posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueHere it is: https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1319607-malygos-otk-rogue-wild
it’s difficult to optimize the exact build for wild, but I tried to make the deck as similar as possible while still making it better for wild. Added patches, swashburglars for early game instead of miscreants and spellkin, counterfeit coins instead of shadowsteps, Elven minstrels instead of one auctioneer and one sinister strike and razorpetal volley instead of the other sinister strike (since you get 2 razorpetals in 1 card)

Pizzacats posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueI can make a wild version. I’ve played quite a bit of wild. I’ll base it on this deck. I’ll post it here

Nohan posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueFaceless Corruptor is really good for survival. Let me give an example:
You have a 1/1 lackey that did his/her job with the battlecry and is only a 1/1 minion now. You change it into a 5/4 rush minion and this will improve your board control a lot.
The deck already has a lot of draw with the correct usage of auctioneer . I don't think that's necessary. But if you try the deck with changing the Faceless Corruptor, give us a feedback so we can see how that version is working.

Pizzacats posted a message on Malygos OTK RoguePosted in: Malygos OTK RogueEasy. Save a prep and eviscerate for armor decks. Then you have a 70 damage combo. If they have more than 70 health, you’re doing something wrong

So what would you consider as replacement? What 8 other cards would you run in this deck?

We have to see how well it can do, but you make it look like it's a shit deck. If it was a shit deck with 30% winrate then it wouldn't have a deckrating of +40. It appears that not a lot of people share your oppinion.

Thanks for the suggestions I appreciate that! The reasons Kronx Dragonhoof and Flik Skyshiv aren't in the deck are:
Let me know how your games went while playing this deck!

Yes that's the only time Myra's Unstable Element works, but most of the time you will be almost through your deck anyway. So there is not really the need to run Myra's Unstable Element in this deck. It also is a dead card most of the time and then it's just sitting in the hand, because there are still combo pieces in the deck. I rather have a card that you can use right away.
3
I like it! I'm pretty sure you don't need Octosari in the deck, because you won't have enough room in your hand for that and you don't want to burn any combo pieces.
2
Technically you can deal 51 damage, because you also get a 5/2 weapon when you play Galakrond, the Nightmare. But with all the value you can use I don't think your opponent will often get a ton of armour. If that does happen often then I would take a Cobalt Spellkin out for a Platebreaker.
2
Exactly! And with Bloodsail Flybooter there is a really good change that you can keep up with faster decks like Pirate Warrior. That's really important to absorb damage that would otherwise went face.

You can just use this deck in wild :D. I can give it a try with wild cards, but I never play wild myself so I think someone who does can help you better with it for sure!
3
I'm actually fine with Malygos and Galakrond, the Nightmare being on the bottom of the deck, because I only need them in the end of the game anyway. With Gadgetzan Auctioneer it's quite easy to empty your deck quickly and put Malygos in the deck multiple times. The turn after that you play Galakrond, the Nightmare and it's game over. The only risk in this deck is Togwaggle's Scheme, because if that card is your last card you have to wait 2 more turns before you can win.

Yeah I thought about Myra's Unstable Element aswell and I actually had it in the deck the first moment when I theorycrafted it, but I figured that the deck has already decent draw so I dropped it for something that helps surviving. I think it's also too greedy to run Myra's Unstable Element, but that totally personal. Maybe if the deck isn't fast enough it might be the go to card to include in the deck.
