I tried it, had a couple fun games, but usually was just dead on turn 5 or 6 versus aggro decks. Decent deck in a slower meta but needs more help vs aggro as of right now.
No idea. All I've been queueing into on ladder is Boomsday even shaman and odd paladin. Those decks are still very good at killing you quickly and are pretty unforgiving to experimenting with new cards.
Maybe this expansion will be good in a few days when the netdecks become more available and people start trying new stuff.
I don't know. Nothing coming out this expansion obviously good and and will create a new deck archetype so it might take a week or two before the meta changes much. I don't want to be pessimistic, I hope the meta changes a lot and is completely different, I'm just not seeing it personally by looking at the card reveals.
Balance changes. Just make the mode different and give us something to look forward to. If things don't change the meta doesn't change and people don't want to play a meta that's almost the same as the one from last expansion every time.
It's dead cause the meta is solved and has barely changed in 8 months. The tier 1 and 2 decks are so strong they make innovation or trying new things almost impossible. Lots of super polarizing decks like kingsbane rogue where you queue into them and know there's nothing you can do to win no matter how you play.
Kingsbane is the easiest deck to counter in the entire game, you just play any aggro deck and you're extremely favored against them. Unless you meant there's no tech card against it?
We don't need cards that are really good against one or two classes and useless against the other 7. No matter how good the card is against druid and odd warrior, if it's terrible against the other 70% of decks you see on ladder no one's going to play it.
It is good on high cost minions with bad stats, like Corridor Creeper, Bonemare, and Fungalmancer. Creeper is the best combo because you can play it for 0 mana and then with 1 evolve it turns into an 8 mana minion.
That’s what people said about Rin... too slow it sucks blabla. You need to keep in mind that warlock is the king of control deck and it’s not too far fetched to think some kind of heavy control warlock could use the card to instantly beat combo decks.
Yes it usually beats combo decks when played but the meta isn't infested with combo decks at the moment, and it's possibly the worst card in the entire game against any deck that isn't a combo deck.

Aggro I guess. Nothing else seems to beat Hunter. Every deck I've tried that's not aggro just loses the second they play Zuljin.

Hunter feels like the best deck right now. If you play Zul'jin, you win the game. So it's just a matter of making it alive to 10 mana and drawing it.

All the aggro decks from boomsday are still really strong. I'd say odd paladin it's cheap and probably the easiest one to play.

In a control or value rogue deck? Yeah. Will that deck be good enough to be played? No.

If you like winning games then yes. If not then no. It's the strongest deck in the game IMO. With no close second in sight.

Good card for a temp rogue deck... But it's even and 2 Mana so you can't play it with Keleseth so I don't think it'll be played.
