swinkscalibur posted a message on New Shaman Legendary - ZentimoPosted in: Card DiscussionActually Zentimo works with Ancestral Spirit and with the Shaman Spellstone as well. I would think it works very well in the Big Overload Shaman deck. Control the board, summon big giants, make them continuously resummon themselves. Eventually you play Zentimo + Windfury and win. You could even play Snowfury + Snowfury + Zentimo + Electra + Ancestral Spirit (hitting both giants and Zentimo) + Earthen Might (on both giants and Electra - gaining 3 elementals in hand).
Then pray your opponent doesn't have Zentimo into Hex.

DanAnon posted a message on Weekly Card Design Competition 8.15 - Submission TopicPosted in: Fan CreationsA painted card has a yellow, purple, blue, or grey color splash on the card back. See below for color splashes.
Yellow=Legendary; Epic=Purple; Rare=Blue; Grey=Common. Basic cards do not get a color splash.
Master Michelo is designed to reward both knowledge of an opponent's deck and smart deckbuilding by your opponent. You can use Michelo to help predict what your opponent has drawn and will draw, especially if their deck only has 1 or 2 cards of a single rarity. Likewise, the opponent can bluff having a certain card in hand of the same rarity as another key card.
EDIT: Picture formatting and concept.
EDIT 2: Credits to Fortify for this great example picture:

FTPhack posted a message on Weathering the Netherstorm on a Budget - RegisKillbin's Boomsday EssentialsPosted in: NewsLove Regis... I'm glad to see that he's starting to get recognized. IMO no Hearthstone streamer or 'youtuber' has more fun and is more upbeat/positive. And you can tell he takes time with his youtube videos; He doesn't just post himself winning a game or two. Instead Regis posts highlights(including epic losses), deck recipes with both pre and post analysis, top card lists, budget deck suggestions, and, during the pre-release season, some the quickest and well thought out card reviews. If you haven't heard of him, check him out on either twitch or his youtube channel.

segurocarlos posted a message on Lorewalker ChoPosted in: Lorewalker ChoDue to the recent patch modifying copy mechanics, i wanted to know if now Cho gives altered spell copies to the opponent, so i tried sending a spell-damage + mana-cost modified spell* to my opponent to see if he got a buffed copy.
*Greater Arcane Missiles generated by Primordial Glyph, cost also reduced with Sorcerer's Apprentice and Spell Damage increased by Bloodmage Thalnos.
Short answer: He did not.
Long answer: There are 4 zones in the game: Deck, Hand, Board and Graveyard. With the current changes, any copy that travels respectively in that direction will retain the buff. It will also be retained if it stays in the zone, eg Hand to Hand: Azalina Soulthief.
At first sight it might seem confusing if the spell travels from Hand to Hand, or from Board to Hand. It actually is considered in Board when casted, thus won't keep the alterations because the copy would be flowing "against the tide", from Board to Hand.

Kwakdizzle posted a message on Subject 9It's better this way, since 4 classes have secrets (mage, paladin, hunter, and yes... rogue). If this were a class legendary, those 3 other secret classes would not be able to use it when it theoretically could be useful.
