I finally found the time to watch the final episode.
Well at this point i got immunity to disappointment. I was expecting an rushed, stupid and full of plot holes ending...and got just that. Mkay.

Yet another "win a game, get the pack and never look back" kind of brawl. I really wish some of the more awesome brawls would appear more often.

I enjoyed episode 3 and epidoe 5 well enough - I know y'all here were sounding off on them - but I had already accepted they were rushing the show, it was obvious two episodes into the previous season, let alone this one. I accepted Dany's fall to madness, predicted it in fact.
But after the finale, damn...
This was a show that built up Stannis' rise and fall over nearly 5 seasons. This last season everything was rushed, but the finale took it to new levels, yet found plenty of time for characters to just stand around in silence, smelling their own farts. The creatoirs forgot how to pace a show and so fell abck on this gimmick, it didn't work. The direction of the plot was fine, but damn, did they mess it up truncating it all. "It wasn't what you said, it was how you said it".
Real let down for what was once the best thing on TV. GoT should have gone down as a cultural phenomenon for the ages, arguably the highpoint of television itself. They completely blew it. No fault of the actors involved, they did their best :(

I don't understand why so many actors had previously said that the final episode was a bit bittersweet, I mean in terms of quality it was completely bitter and if we're speaking about the plot it was disgustingly sweet, and senseless. Things just don't add up.
Beginning with that post-shortest-winter-ever council, with all the characters they forgot to develop/introduce. Who gets to take part in that meeting? the current leaders of each kingdom? every 'important' house leader in Westeros? I failed to understand who some of them were and why each of them was entitled to vote for a new king (why the man who protects the young Arryn gets also a vote? was Sir Davos aware of this script nonsense by telling the rest his doubts about his own right to vote?)
And all of this directed by Tyrion the prisoner. As many people have mentioned already, the consequences of Tyrion and Jon respective betrayals are utterly ludicrous as well as the development of Greyworm character, from good to evil to directly stupid in just 2 episodes. Why would any of the Unsullied agree on Jon being send to a brotherhood they, as foreigners, should not know a lot about, as a rightful punishment for having murdered their queen??? Let alone the Dohtraki absence of reaction at all.
And then, the new status of the sev..six kingdoms, WTF Samsa, they have just named your brother king and you make that dirty move of demanding independence? and of course your brother agrees with it. Not even the revolutionary Greyjoys or the generic prince of Dorne have a problem with that? (Yara just spoke to express her absolute support to the mass murder of the last episode and demand Jon's head, not understandable at all tbh) But yeah sure, go your own way, northeners, it's not like you have been playing an important role in Westeros politics or hold any responsibility about any of what has happened south of the North. The northern people are just too noble to be part of the dirty politics of the kingdoms a Stark is supposed to rule from now on. Just take those good-hearted men of yours that came south rooting for a genocide and didn't think twice to start sacking the capital and raping women and let them go on with their lives peacefully, they clearly deserve it. Several tyrants have been defeated and all this people seem to agree on starting a new and more democratic way of ruling that avoids (very arguably) the mistakes of the past. All of them except Samsa who is dead set on starting her own dictatorial regime up north.
And then we get to watch all of the way too many surviving main characters succeeding on their respective careers while some 80's pop hit sounds in the background (this last one thing might've only happened in my head)...THE END...?

im kinda fed up with "pro" players playing new stuff way earlier than us peasants. it takes away from discovering everything that's new in general (this is even more true for single player stuff) and just feels bad towards me as a paying customer.
