If u know it's going to be bm, then wait a few mins before u accept until they are unprepared, then give them a taste of their own medicine. Quickly tell them they are terrible at the game, rub it in how badly u beat them, call them names, curse at them, basically act like a 13 yr old kid. Then unfriend before they can respond
Seeing predominantly aggro shaman, face hunter, and zoo at rank 13 standard.
I'm playing freeze mage but my win rate vs these matchups is bad. They simply overwhelm me before I can draw enough defensive spells.
What types of decks could I run to counter the aggro more consistently? I'm mostly f2p so don't have a ton of legendaries but I do have a few plus all the adventures
I feel like that's a tough matchup too. They drop threats that you cant always freeze and ignore such as sorc. apprentice and flamewaker. If also tend to drop antonidas and then spam a bunch of cheap spells which sets them up to kill you next couple turns even if you immediately remove it
I'm not extremely experienced with freeze Mage but it feels a little weak to me. I understand it may just be my skill level dragging me down but still.... many of the aggro decks can put on consistent heavy pressure that you eventually run out of defensive spells or you simply can't draw them fast enough. C'thun can grow very powerful and can destroy you before you've had enough time to accumulate your burn spells or play alex. Some of the new minions have high HP, flame strike won't suffice. Paladins have great heals so you almost have to one turn kill them otherwise there's a chance they'll heal back to full HP after you play Alex. Control warriors still own you but they seem less prevalent so far. and freeze plus doomsayer almost never works. Granted they waste a turn killing doomsayer but it's very rare for it to actually kill minions.
Been running a deck similar to this for a couple days. Went from rank 19 to 13 in less than a day, it works fairly well even if you don't get to use nzoth.

I think you're kinda crazy man, or at least not living in reality

No cause if it were an animation like the c'thun animation it's be really annoying to see that applied to every spell in the game

I don't get it, everyone says just do a OTK vs control. In practice that has been very difficult for me to do.

Just use mana wyrm plus frost Nova instead. Not positive but I think itd be faster

Should I dust y'shaarj? not sure I can find a use for this card

Cone of cold feels better to me in many cases because you can play a 2nd card. I run em both sometimes. Currently testing replacing pyro with tome
