Tempostorm has Tempo Mage ranked as a Tier 1 deck. In contrast, Viscious Syndicate has Tempo Mage ranked as Tier 3 deck.
Just curious what people thought, in which tier does Tempo Mage really belong? Do you agree with Tempostorm or Viscious Syndicate or neither?
Personally, I'm having doubts that Tempo Mage belongs in the same power level or category as the likes of Shaman or Druid, so I feel its more of a Tier 2 deck.
Excellent nerfs. Ever since I've started playing it has felt like the weapons classes dominate. These nerfs seem to acknowledge that, they even nerfed warrior a tiny bit, which makes me really happy.
I didn't believe but now I know it's true. Every time on my opponents turn, blizzard boots up its top secret neural net and analyzes current board state, cards in our hands, etc, and makes my opponent draw exactly the cards they need. This also occurs during matchmaking, they analyze my deck to find opponent that has best chance of defeating me. And lastly Blizzard also maximizes all rng damage my opponent deals and minimize rng damage that I deal. They decided to write extra special code just to screw me over. They could've saved money by writing code that followed simple logical rules, but they decided to spend extra development time and resources needlessly complicating the code and making it harder to maintain so that my opponents have an unfair advantage
a normal torch freeze may work better. just replace the mad scientists with other cards, i.e. flamestrike, cone of cold, babbling book, medivhs valet; whatever you think fits well.
Use your brain blizzard doesn't care about manipulating your rng. It'd be a lot of work for them to code and maintain something like this and they don't get any real benefit from doing it.

28 packs, 2 normal legendaries, 1 golden legendary

Would play that card. Wish we got that instead of greater at arcane missiles

I like medihv for Reno deck over Antonidas. Antonidas too hard to get value from in many cases

Why all effective mage board clears cost 6 or 7 mana, by then your already mostly dead. Shamans have a lot better options when it comes to aoe

Freeze mage aren't salty or cheap, etc. People just don't like playing against them, so freeze mages have to endure a lot of hate

So I guess one way of thinking of it is a 7 cost pyroblast that also summons a 5/5 minion. Not bad.

Still really like the deck, but having a hard time climbing with it in new season. Maybe just getting unlucky.

It's very fun, does in fact beat mid range shaman the majority of the time :)

Agreed. This poll is frustrating to use
