I feel like this card is really good in certain match ups especially if you build your deck around a tribe or weapons since you can choose two buff  a weapon cards in rouge(class cards are 4x as likely) and watch your opponent getting a card that will have no use if they do not run weapons.  I think the card might be run also to give the opponent a dead card and hopefully burn a good card. also you know what the card is so you can always play around it as well.

You do not draw a card so this card is not a insta-kill when it is your only card left. compare it to Scroll of Wonder there is a draw a card on that card not like corrupted blood so you can actually use it to reduce  fatigue  damage if you are above 3 damage. it is not powerful in the you think it is.

he hates this card

I think people are underestimating this card since this is not meant to be played on turn 3 but much later in the game so you could run a few op 3 drop cards. Then use it when you draw all your 3 drops. There are many 7 or lower drops that would work well being duped on the same turn.

My first try at this. here is my card. 

so If you had a minion from each expansion, and only one of them had taunt. Which ever expansion did the taunt minion come from, that is the only expansion that can hit it. You can easily avoid it by using spells on said taunt minion. By the way this is not my art it is by vaernim (some one on the internet).

how powerful is the time warp. does it just revert the board and give cards back that has been used in the time it time travels or is it weaker? it might be a bit op if it does all that because all the information you gather. you could do the perfect play and mess up your enemy in one tern for just one card.

This is totally incorrect.

It's actually bad for you to have this card in your opponents deck if they would otherwise die to fatigue.

A lot of people are incorrect to think this card when drawn draws another card which it doesn't.

Though apparently a wording change by Blizzard means that in fact this card may indeed draw despite not specifically stating it.  If that's the case then I am the one totally incorrect and I apologize.

Everyone is complaining about the Deathrattle, mostly people who don't understand how the Casts When Drawn mechanic works. But people seem to be ignoring the obvious: you're paying 10 mana for a 9/6 that doesn't have Rush, Taunt, or any impact on the game on the turn you play it. Then you have to hope it's Deathrattle triggers before it gets silenced or transformed, and if you're really lucky you get a symmetrical effect which screws you over exactly as much as your opponent.

If the cost was lower (with the stats adjusted accordingly) then this could have been a pretty good card. But in it's current state it's a meme. A pretty good meme, which I will be fitting into my Quest Priest if I unpack it, but not a good card by any stretch. Hakkar, the Soulflayer will not see play.
