Nice budget deck!
One comment. In your High-End Replacements section, you mention:
I would not recommend this advice. Corsair + Patches is a fine turn 1 play, but otherwise you optimally want to play this when you can also buff your whole board with Mark of the Lotus or Power of the Wild. Playing Corsair ASAP in case you were going to draw Patches the next turn is irrational -- if there are 20 cards left in your deck and you haven't drawn Patches yet, the chance you draw him next turn is 5%, and that's around turn 5 or 6.
