Ok all. This is the place to discuss what we all think the new mode will be. No need to start getting mad lol. Just wanted to see what you all thought. As for battlegrounds...i dont (in my opinion) see it being a new mode for that. Please...give us 2v2
It sounds like you're trying to hold on to the midgame mindset a little too long. By that, I mean it's possible to pick up a toxfin in preparation for the next random murloc offered, just to replace your weakest minion. Sure, you'll have to open up two spaces on the board ... but in most late game comps, it is best to leave one or two slots open for battlecries and tech cards when you need to counter your next opponent (zap, ghoul, etc.). A composition which chokes out that one slot either needs to finish first soon, or it will be out scaled.
You say you die around turn 11-12 without being able to make it to the late game ... but in my opinion, turns 11-12 are well into the late game. I have found myself jumping back and forth between 6500-7500 quite a bit lately, and I think it's because I have a tendency to cling to specific boards that have consistently worked in the past. But if those minions are never offered, then all it means is that I have rolled past other opportunities that Bob provided. I think that is what is usually responsible for my losing streaks.
I agree, I was competing the first place with one player for 3 rounds, and he was first attacker for 3 times, it is just ridicules.
I, too, was competing for first place with the same person for 3 rounds. But I was the person who went first all three times. Maybe it was me? I was playing Parrot>Bomb>Baron with Lich King.
Well, Mozaki and Sorcerer's Apprentice already has crazy synergy. I haven't touched constructed in quite a while, but it would probably be worth your while to include two copies of Arcane Missiles in the deck, and that one minion that has the deathrattle to add arcane missiles to your hand (never played it, would never guess its name). If you add a couple of coin generators into the deck, it should be possible to ramp up Mozaki's spell damage significantly before you even need to spend any mana on a spell.

It's interesting how much salt there has been over murlocs since Pirates were introduced. All things considered, Pirates did nothing to make Murlocs stronger, they don't excel at taking out Murloc counters (ghoul, transitioning to your own lesser of two evils, can't beat 'em join 'em, etc.). What DID happen was that Mackerel was taken out of the game. Mackerel was damn near unstoppable in a full murloc build, but ... what it DID do was give other builds an opportunity to counter murlocs.
I doubt everybody will like the idea, but maybe if they reintroduce Mackerel, it will actually balance the scales a bit? There will be an opportunity to counter the stacked murloc board with your own unit ... and it would also bring Menagerie builds back on the map.
This is just conjecture. No matter what Bliz does to try to balance the meta, people will always complain about whatever beats their hand. Same reason why it's pointless to remove the penny from circulation ... because then the nickel will be frowned upon the same way.

Why should battlegrounds require its own client? Either you want the skins enough to suffer battlegrounds, or you don't. Seems pretty simple to me.

I'd expect to pay more if I was using monopoly money too :(

I'm disappointed that you're disappointed :(

Simply, yes. On a more complicated note, no ... because gaining gold after you spend it isn't the same as getting a discount in the first place.

I hope this helps.

I will say this. I love playing Yahtzee ... but I wouldn't like it nearly as much if somebody else was rolling the dice for me.

My prediction: people will complain.
