thats why you have reactive cards. Murkspark EelFlametongue Totem hell let him builed a board and use Avalanche. Kobold Hermit should be nice in this deck. and maybe you will get some kind of even card removal for shaman(its just make sense).
and what do you do on turn 2 with 1 mana and even cards?
hero power and get a totem that suppose to be 2 mana for 1? on turn 3 you can play a 2 mana card and totem again. on turn 4 potentially you can create a sweet 8/9 with taunt!
well maybe you can make some weird pali buff/heal deck maybe it will work with Lynessa Sunsorrow and Bolvar, Fireblood im sure some one will find a way to abuse it and make it op.
Spiteful Priest is a tempo deck, it dosnt need it because the idea of this deck is to have bigger minions than your opponent. there is a reason no one played Moat Lurker.actually im not sure about the future of this deck because many of its cards going to the wild.
you forget that Execute cost one mana less and thats before the nerf back in the day it cost 1 mana.Voodoo Doll cost 3 mana, thats a big deal. its worst because you could use execute on a minion that was damaged from the last turn or use a minion that you have on board to damage it. with Voodoo Doll you put it on the table for 3 mana. and then you either waste more mana and a card to remove it {witch is basically remove 2 cards and 3+ mana to destroy an enemy minion) or leave it on board and hope it wont get silenced and become a 3 mana 1/1.
im a legend player and never finish a month under rank 3 and i love RNG, it what make this game fun in my opinion. if i didnt want RNG i would go back to chess. hell even gwent(great game) or maybe MTG. i play heartstone because i love the crazy things you can do and not because i delusional that one day i will be pro! dont get me started about statistics and the fact that RNG is not really RNG. and the fact that the more you play "favorable RNG" the more times it work in your favor and the more you win.

a 2 steps removal isnt good in my honest opinion. especially one that can be silenced or Sap hers an example for one step removal Shadow Word: Death
